Hey Union Nationale: Shut Yer Trap

The Union Nationale has been running ads recently saying Tyler F. Durden is 'banned' and is a 'terrorist'. I'd just like the membership of the Union Nationale to know that Tyler F. Durden has done more for eCanada then any of them ever will.

Let me tell you a tale of a new player. He'd been playing eRepublik for a few months and was quite poor. He joined eCanada at a time of turmoil. The ravenous forces of PEACE Global Community were advancing through Europe and coming to eCanada's doorstep.

France attacked us on July 13th, 2009 at Nova Scotia with an arsenal of activated alliances at their disposal. They made quick work of us as PEACE began their assault on North America. This new player stood his ground in Alberta as French forces moved on the western province. They captured it, and this player was now trapped behind enemy lines. He was poor, he did not have the Francs to buy moving tickets.

But then he was saved by one Tyler Durden, who reached out to the new player like god from the heavens, and provided him with moving tickets to return to eCanada.

I was not the only one. TFD was responsible for delivering dozens of eCanadians out of the cruel hands of the godless French. He truly is an eCanadian hero.

I tell you this story because the UN is running a smear campaign against him for rightly pointing out the threat they pose to eCanada.

So what makes a party filled with French players who fought against Canada during World War Three and traitors who abandoned ship and stabbed Canada in the back when the going got tough think they have the right to call anyone a traitor? Their most voted for candidate has referred to Canada as the 'English Invaders'.

In fact, they want you to vote for helba over TFD, a former French cabinet minister who claimed on IRC to have sold CAF weapons provided to him by our army.

To sum it all up, it is quite appropriate that the UN, in their attempt to smear TFD, have X'ed out Canadaball in one of their ads, a national symbol of Canadianess and awesomeness, who's antics we've all enjoyed.
