Help me save Greece

Day 252, 17:59 Published in USA USA by Nave Saikiliah

Hey guys,

In case you were wondering, I am almost done with my real life vacation in Greece. I've been here almost two months and will be back on the 31st. It's been amazing.

Back to erepublik. Coincidentally, the only thing I have been keeping up on in erepublik is the war in eGreece. Obviously, I haven't been able to be too active. Otherwise, there would be more regions in Greece at the moment.

As it is, there is one region left, teetering on the brink of destruction. I have been defending it all day. Apparently, Turkey has employed Alucard Bloodlust, the "famous" mercenary. I have defeated him 7 times, he has defeated me 4 times. Epic, really.

I do not want to see Greece be wiped off the map. Yes, its economy might have been fucked up a couple of weeks ago, but that's nothing that can't be solved with a bit of planning and commitment. What will happen if Turkey achieves in taking it over all of Greece? Two countries will be sucked into a political/economic battle that will effectively ruin the both of them.

When I was president -- after I learned my lesson from the America-Canadian War -- I made it my goal to sign as many MPPs possible, as to protect nations from being taken over by larger nations. This helped repair America's image AND it helped the economy by encouraging mercenaries to move and work here. I have heard that the current president accepted 500 gold from Turkey to cancel its MPP with Greece. When I'm not so damned tired and hung over, I will illuminate my opinion of that.

The point is, we shouldn't allow Greece to fall. I am trying my hardest to keep it alive, but I need help. If anyone would like to move to either Greece or Romania (Bucharest has a Q4 hospital), I will pay for your moving ticket. If anyone would like to donate me money to fight -- and by the looks of today's battle, I'll need some more funds -- I have posted an offer on the monetary market here. Since I am overseas, I cannot receive donations from any of you. If you do want to send money, please message me the exact amount that you are sending -- otherwise, I'll never know.

There are very few times that I ask for help. If anyone is willing to assist me and help take back Greece, I will be extremely appreciative.

I'll be back soon!
