Help me, help you!

Help me, help you

I've decided to help new players get a leg up in this game. My giveaways aren't doing enough. What's the best way to get new players up and running? Getting them more self-sufficient.

How can I do this without just pouring CAD/gold into the blue, with no expectation for return? Enter the Government. They have a social program in place to help new players become self-sufficient already!

What does this have to do with me? Well you see, this program is no-risk for the government, as they require you to have all the money up-front. What if you don't have all the cash? Enter Cham's Community Chest (please, for the love of god, suggest a better name).

I'd also like to set up a list of creditors who would be willing to back new players. PM me to be on the list. What do I mean by creditors? People who are willing to assume a portion of the risk that the lender will default. Repayment for defaulted loans would be made weekly over a period of 8 weeks.

As a test run, these are the rules:
The maximum amount to lend will be the amount received as reimbursement from the CBRA.
Amass 100% risk worth of creditors from this list (Keep in mind that I can be used for up to 100% if I think I can trust you)
Get your creditors to PM me with their assumption of your risk
Loans must be paid back within 48 hours of you receiving the funds from CBRA (I will be in contact with the Director to know when they were sent)
Must be eCanadian

What do I need to test this out?
Players who are eligible for the CBRA, but don't have the upfront cash.
Players who are willing to back those players with a %age assumption of risk.
A lack of asshats.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to Roger Griswald, Armour144, and Sir DeLaShaunRon Smith who have all volunteered to be Creditors, matching my original 20k, 100% backing. Thanks guys!
