health food Sonderausschüttung - special distribution of funds

I decided to give my workers of health food 50 % of our DEM-earnings at the end of a month. This is the first time and it is my contribution to these wonderful workers who come every day in their company.

We are market leader in India and Germany. The people trust and buy our products...more than we are able to produce. So I would like to offer everyone able to work in a level 3 food company a good job in a growing company. We need everyone - We are a family!!!

Furthermore I would like to ask my worker if we should buy new export licenses to bring our products to rest of the world or should we wait until we have 2 more workers lvl4 and grade the company with 100 gold up to the first level 4 food company.
