Headshot Hospitals Update
Sasha Igorovich
At our current rate of production, I expect the second hospital to be available before the end of the month. This projection is, of course, dependent upon workers continuing to work faithfully and keeping their wellnesslevel as high as possible through the purchase of high level food. This second hospital has been strategically designated to be pourchased by St. Petersburg so that it benefits the maximum number of our citizens.
We currently have a number of new citizens who have accepted positions in Peter the Great's Palaces. I would like to call upon these employees to consider reposting their CV's to work in the hospital industry since it will benefit more of our citizens. After hospitals have been created for our population and industrial centres, then we can move them back to the Peter the Great's Palaces and focus our energies upon housing production, which will only benfit individual citizens. In addition, this will give the individual citizen time to save for the purchase price of a house. At the current cost and rate of production a house will not be able to be sold for less than 275 RUB. (Future raises in workers salaries will affect this cost of production).

Good initiative! And congratulations! Still standing tall Sasha... Nice to see some new folks moving into Russia too. It\'s actualy heartwarming to see this country skyrocketing! 😃
It\'s good to see our nation beginning to catch up with the rest of the world. As an employee of Headshot Hospital, I\'ve been curious as to why we have not become a Q2 or Q3 company yet, as we definitely have the manpower to do so (or with the recent additions to our staff, will very soon be able to). I feel that these would do a lot more to benefit our nation in comparison to our current Q1 hospitals.
Thanks for the question Boreal. I too would like to see Headshot Hospital move to a Q2 hospital. However, there are reasons why we have not as of yet:
1) At the time the first hospital was completed I did not have the necesary Gold to upgrade to Q2. I could do so now. But if I did so, we would lose all the production points that have been accumulated toward the second hospital. Upgrading causes you to lose any products in stock, or on the market, and any production points accumulated.
2) Higher quality will require all workers to have skill of 2.0 or more. Our newest employees do not have this skill level yet, and once we move to Q2 we will not be able to hire additional employees until they have a minimum 2.0 skill level. Since there are no other Hospital companies there would be no way for them to gain this minimum skill level.
3) Q2 Hospitals will require even more production points than a Q1 hospital, and I was concerned that this would mean that we would not be able to provide St. Petersburg with a hospital before the end of March. Basically, I felt it was strategically necessary to focus upon expediency instead of quality, at this point.
Because of these reasons, I have thought we should work on the 2 Q1 Hospitals, and when the majority of our population has basic healthcare then we can begin to provide Q2 hospitals.
As always, professionalism of Sasha is evident.
