Hey everyone!

I'm here to announce that the Hakurei festival is now open!

I'd like to invite everyone to Participate in any of the events , or leave a symbolic donation!

Also i'd like to encourage ANY sorts of events.

Touhou is not obligatory!

(Hakurei festival is a community , not only a Moriya Event!)
