Hacked: Presidents Account

"BTW, I just received a strange message from http://www.erepublik.com/profile-284131.html, with the title: "hi please help", when I opened that message, there's this Erepublik maintenance warning page coming up, but there is no such maintenance when I opened other window on Erepublik, and this keep happening every time I want to access that message, just in case something happened, I've asked the admin and change my password."

I've put that comment in the latest DDB news just in case something happened.

Something did happened.

I realize that after there's another article written in Berita Sehat after the article titled Indonesia-Australia: 1823 (yea Emerick, that Kaleb article).
I took a screenshoot on that, deleted it and then changed my password, then loged out.

Few minute later, Kaleb contacted me via MSN explaining on the hack. Apparently he logged in as my account without his knowledge, then write that article and posted about that on the forum.

Kaleb also mentioned several Erepublik Presidents got into this too.

So for now, please check again the Indonesian treasury account, make sure the number is still relevant, use my last report in Berita Sehat as a reference.

Dan ternyata memang kejadian deh

Nyadar pas ada artikel yang ditulis di Berita Sehat tapi bukan aku yang nulis, setelah artikel Indonesia-Australia: 1823

Aku printscreen beritanya, hapus, rubah password, lalu keluar.

Ngga lama Kaleb menghubungi, katanya dia lagi menjalankan accountku padahal dia login seperti biasa, artikel itu ditulis untuk coba-coba dan juga bikinn postingan di forum erepublik (whew, kas negara EI ada di tangan dia, huhu)

Kaleb juga bilang beberapa akun presiden2 Erepublik jadi korban.

Untuk sementara, pastikan memonitor kas Indonesia secara periodik, mudahan nilanya ngga berubah jauh dan bisa pakai artikel sebelum ini di berita sehat sebagai acuan.
