I will apologize for me originally being from Sweden. I am a dirty pig. I have started to see the light though, in the great country, Pakistan. You have given me the opportunity to start my own buissnies without the goverment starting to tell people not to buy stuff from there. Thank you Pakistan.
I still want workers. All you new proud pakistans, join Gunz R Us and support our troops.
(Answer to the guy saying nobody wants q1 weapons; I know that, but I still need workers you know. Also not everyone can afford the q4 or q3 weapons, why not give them a chance to fight for their country?)

Well the problem with Q1 weapon companies is that everyone will go straight to Q2 weapon companies for higher pay when there trained high enough. Training from Q1 to Q2 doesent even take that long so yeah. Basically all a Q1 weapon company is good for is training new weapon company employees to Q2 and higher.
And isnt that good for the country? If there were no q1 employees we would die.
True. What you need is loyal employe that will stya in Q1.
Or simply kep hiring the newcomers until they can fly with their own wings
