English:

With the fact that the salaries of the players are going lower(their were times when your salary was 100 nis and now its between 5 to 20) and the fact that the gold prices went lower(their were times when each gold costed 2k + nis and now its 229 nis) while the prices of the raw material factories(that dont cost gold)stayed the same , they became far more expensive and less productive then those that cost gold.

If we look on the cost of each factory(translating the cost in gold to nis) and its production rate(without bonuses):

1)Grain Farm \ Iron Mine (Q1) : cost 1500 nis and produce 35 raws.

2)Fruit Orchard \ Oil Rig (Q2) : cost 3000 nis and produce 70 raws(the cost the same as 2 Grain Farm \ Iron Mine but takes less energy to use).

3)Fishery \ Aluminum Mine (Q3) : cost 10 gold witch is 10 x 229 = 2290 nis and produce 125 raws(the cost less then the Fruit Orchard \ Oil Rig and produce more !).

4)Cattle Farm \ Saltpeter Mine (Q4) : cost 8500 nis and produce 175 raws(at almost the same price you can buy 4 Fishery \ Aluminum Mines witch will produce far more raws).

5)Hunting Lodge \ Rubber Plantation (Q5) : they cost 35 gold witch is 35 x 229 = 8015 nis and produce 250 raws(its currently best to buy 3 Fishery \ Aluminum Mines instead cause they will cost less , you will keep 5 gold and produce x 1.5 more raws,the fact that you can employ 4 workers in the Q5 factories doesn't matter as they aren't profitable).

so for now its best to buy Q3 raw material factories(Fishery or Aluminum Mine).

עם ירידת המשכורות באיפובליק(פעם משכורות יכלו להגיע ל 100 שקל והיום הן בין 5 ל 20),וירידת מחירי הזהב(פעם זהב עלה 2000 + וכרגע 229 שקל)מפעלים של חומרי גלם מהסוג שלא עולה זהב נהיו יותר יקרים ופחות פרודקטיבים מאילו שכן.

אם נסתכל על המחיר של כל מפעל(אם הוא עולה זהב נתרגם לשקל) והייצור שלו(בלי בונוסים):

מפעלים של חיטה \ מכרה ברזל (רמה 1) : עולים 1500 ומייצרים 35 חומרי גלם.

מפעלים של פירות \ נפט (רמה 2) : עולים 3000 ומייצרים 70 חומרי גלם(הם בדיוק כמו שתי מפעלים רמה 1 רק שהם לוקחים פחות אנרגיה).

מפעלים של דגים \ מכרה אלומיניום (רמה 3) : עולים 10 גולד שזה 2290 שקל(229 כפול 10) ומייצרים 125 חומרי גלם.

מפעלים של פרות \ מכרה מלח (רמה 4) : עולים 8500 שקל ומייצרים 175 חומרי גלם(במחיר הזה אפשר לקנות 4 מפעלים רמה 3 שייצרו הרבה יותר).

מפעלים של צייד \ גומי (רמה 5) : עולים 35 גולד שזה 8015 שקל(35 כפול 229),(עדיף לקנות 3 מפעלים רמה 3 שייצרו פי 1.5 חומרי גלם וישאר לכם 5 זהב,העובדה שבמפעלים רמה 5 אפשר לשים 4 עובדים לא עוזרת כי זה לא רווחי).
