It has been a long time since I have been in this glorious country but I have returned after a year abroad. Needless to say it is good to be home.

For most of you who don't know who I am, my name is Ivan Hat. I used to be a businessman here in China all the way back in the early days of the beta. I fed the poor and gave the jobless work. That's a little bit of my ego talking, but it seems to get the job done! I've been living in the Czech Republic for the most part of my time away. I became a congressman there almost ten times, and even president twice. It was fun while it lasted I can tell you that. I have returned to help get China the second headstart it needs. I'll try my best to do everything I can for our glorious nation. I hope you will accept my apology for being away for so long.
