Join the new world

I've been a federalist for awhile now, joined when Bill Brasky was PP last summer (whatever month it was) and have gone through all sorts of positions, roles, done this, done that, and I've even made a list:

-District Representative in the Federalist Outreach Program
-Mentorship Director
-Federalist Congressman
-District Representative (Again! Wild right?!)
-Federalist Outreach Program Director

In addition to this i've simply been around long enough to get the feel of other departments and how every part of the party really functions, I've done some small things with elections here and there and various quick jobs along the way. In any case though my point is: I know how this party runs, and I think I know how to run it.


I know what I'm doing 😉 and now for my plans:

Recruitment and Retention

Most of my first job in this party was helping out the new guys, and I love newbies. They're excited, ready to learn, versatile, and all around great. We've got some new technological toys to play with to help us on this even, so no more manually searching state to state like back in the day. I want to hit this hard, I want every newbie to the game to be offered help, and we've got some great new tools to help us do it. Mitchrapp has being doing a good job on this and I hope he sticks around for a long time to keep on moving the party when it comes to new players. I would love to have R&R work closely to the FOP because of the similarities between the two departments, and because a willing and extremely competent staff is already established in the FOP that can get to work along with the awesome guys in R&R. Most of all though, I want this department to be communicating with everyone, because every other part of our party can be used to help out the new guys. Finally, the newbie help sections of our boards need some cleaning, and I want them redesigned by this department, not just me.

The Federalist Outreach Program

To be honest most everything I would do with the FOP I've done in the past month. However the FOP is perhaps the most important tool we've got and we need to make sure its maintained and always ready to go. These guys are especially gonna be useful in helping out newbies, and I want to make sure they're working closely with R&R to get the job done.



Easy Company

This Militia has been doing great, the size is impressive and the coordination (far as I can tell) has only been improving. I want to throw some ad money at EZC, and have them regularly communicate with R&R. I'd like to see them keep growing and do more for players who cannot be apart of the regular military for whatever reason, whether it's their qualifications or preference. I have a good deal of military experience with the Mobile Infantry, and at the very least I want to see if I can help EZC get even bigger and badder. O7

Media and Marketing

I want loads of articles, tons, and perhaps even a few dozen ads. We've got some exciting things happening with the party and I want people to know. Also, top on my list is our war with SEES over Zooey, I'm not willing to loose and I'm not backing down on this. Media will be our war machine, and the feds have got to show those SEES hooligans how its done. You'll notice that this platform is no exception to the war.



Business and Economics

This department has really got to get fired up and going, we've got great newbie companies and especially with V2 I want to find a way to have a steady income of gold into the party. I'm going to want regular meetings with these folks and even some pretty numbers to go over. This is a great tool to help out newbies, I want more work with R&R here too.

Political Department

I'm committed to getting great Federalist candidates into congress. I am committed to getting all of our blockers into position into every state without military assistance. I am committed to holding other parties to this standard. I plan on using EZC as the great tool for coordination that it is, every member will be expected to block. This is our first job as a top 5 party, ensure that the country is free from PTOs. I'm really not going to want to go begging for help to get enough blockers. In addition, I do not plan to tolerate super late changes to the FEC sheet on the part of other parties. I can understand some last minute state trading but I do not expect to respect any changes made after the 23rd. The Feds will have our blockers and candidates ready, I expect other top 5's to do the same. I'm not up for political bullshit, we're going to call the states we're competing in and we're not going to throw votes to our blockers, its just ridiculous. 6th parties: I would love to run your candidates 😉
