eAustralia has two great communities:

The quality of administration and moderation in these two great communities has fluctuated over past months and users have complained of unfair treatment.

It's fantastic to see the owners of these services taking control and starting afresh to offer better levels of friendliness and responsiveness to the community. I can only say that in taking this initiative I am sure that you will be rewarded with many more visitors, and more lively discussion.
