Graduation Day

Graduation
I've finally made level 25 and graduated from the NHS MU. So I've started looking for a home.
My original thought was to apply to the BEF so when I reached level 24 I contacted the commander of the BEF to find out what I needed to do. I waited for a reply, then I waited some more and waited even more, I went to sleep a few times and even now I'm still waiting for a reply. If it takes weeks to reply to a simple request for information on how to join, what hope has anyone that the DO are actually still valid and not days out of date.
As a total newcomer I feel that the private MUs embody all that is wrong with eUK they do nothing other than fragment our minuscule military strength so that anyone armed with a pop-gun can wipe us at will. The politically affiliated are the only hope of any sort of power that some of the smaller, extreme parties can achieve. The non political are refuges for our “Feudal Barons” who disguise what they really make off the backs of their troops by throwing the occasional tank at them.
The final two options are join a mercenary MU or leave eUK for somewhere else. Much to the horror of a lot of people I'm staying in eUK and although the mercenaries are probably some of the more honest MU around, I'm not sure that is where I want to be.
Looks like I'll be on my own for a little while.
EDIT: I've finally got an answer from the BEF, so that's where I am now
A final thought on the NHS MU as I leave. I do believe that BigAnt's original approach to raise taxes to fund the NHS was the correct one. Its a real pity the people in the private MUs put self interest first and effectively forced the emasculation of the NHS. I really don't see that it will survive in its present form for more than a few months.

If you are not in a MU the UK is even more fragmented. So try again at BEF, (must be that they missed you), or join whatever MU that has vacancies.
And congrats for being division 2 soldier.
Hi you know we have been trying to get you for ages
Your find a good home at the Bulldogs
we will welcome you will open arms and sure you can add to the unit
Royal Navy is very nice too, and Dragoons too. We're lucky to have such strong MUs. I'm in Royal Navy and they respect being from other parties like ESO, I can only speak good about RN, and you know me, I don't hesitate to speak frankly.
voted btw. We should learn from TUP who votes massively their articles. Anyway good article, sincere. I support NHS and the work of BigAnt, jamesw ( the creator in fact ) and Blue And Evil, but private MUs are self sufficient and I won't ever vote conditioned by my MU, and as I said in some of my articles, if someone wants to really sell his vote , then please don't CHEAP selling, which is even more SHAMEFUL than sheer vote-selling.
Royal Navy could indeed serve you well:

Congratulations Sexagenarian 😉 I'm sure you'll find an MU that fits you well!
I think slowly the fragmentation is ending though, you'll notice several MU's are now treating it as a friendly competition and spurring each other on to do ever better damage for the eUK, which can only be a good thing!
'you'll notice several MU's are now treating it as a friendly competition...'
Hasn't it always been friendly competition?
'I feel that the private MUs embody all that is wrong with eUK they do nothing other than fragment our minuscule military strength'
The Privates are the back bone of the eUK's strength. The only major difference between the National MU's and independent MU's is the way they are funded. The reason we are wiped often is due to our young age and low population.
if you want to join the british bulldogs I think I speak for all of us when I say you are welcome to join us
