Join the new world

Today, December 28, 2009, at The eAuditorium of the University of ePhilippines (eUP), ePhilippines; I, roymustang, the current Director of the eDepartment of Education (DepEd) and Principal/Dean of the University of ePhilippines (eUP) hereby initiate the ceremony of graduation and to announce and confirm the graduation of our best student, Ariel David Buena.

In his chosen course to study of Journalism in the University of ePhilippines (eUP). I now bestow upon him, with the power granted unto me by the President of ePhilippines, the merits of graduating, the right to experience the graduation ceremony and to receive the graduation rites, his diploma, his awards and his titles.

I now entitle him a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts Major in Journalism, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Communications.

I now award him suma cum laude of the University of ePhilippines in the taken course of journalism.

With the said graduation, I now validate him as a professional teacher of his educational establishment, College of Journalism.
