Our three Congress Members will contribute to the constructive work of the Parliament, and on important issues will vote according to their own belief and opinion. GPN Congress Members have the freedom to decide themselves how to vote, within the party's policy and thereby show that we are a party that appreciates every individual who is ready to contribute to the community.
Amendment on Appendix - Suspending provisions in extraordinary circumstances
In the situation of extraordinary circumstances - the serious danger for the country and other needs in a democratic society - all provisions may be suspended by the Country President, with the exception of the Constitutional provisions and provision contained in Chapter II - Article 1 which refer to Congress rights. Congress subsequently approves the decision of the Country President.
This is our proposal on which Congress will decide in this mandate. We believe that there is a possibility of blockade of the country on the internal plan due to an unwanted procedural circumstances and therefore there is a real need for introducing this provision into the Lawbook.

Congratulations on a good result and happy to see GPN joining us in rising election numbers!
Is this your masterplan, Janty?
What "provisions" are you talking about?
Beats me, but I would never suspend Government Programs!
so the dictator party once again comes with a dictatorial policy.
All democratic countries determine such a provision as an exception, in state of emergency, state of war etc.
Don't worry, some people like to follow ''procedure'' at all times even when the country is on fire and being wiped. Essentially hurting Democracy more in the end. In regards to your proposal I don't think it's needed, as we already have such provisions. I refer to for example Chapter II, Article 8: Special Voting Procedures. And in the end, if there is a true and grave emergency, ''Nood breekt Wet'' - necessity knows no Law.
