The Russian Government has granted a loan of 25 Gold to Yattuwort to be invested in upgrading Bear Cavalry to a Q3 company. This is in the best national interests of Russia. As a result, Yattuwort will not be required to pay interest upon this loan.

If Yattuwort does not intend to use the Gold only for this stated purpose he is required to donate the full amount back to the National Treasury, immediately.

Yattuwort may keep track of his donations to the National Treasury and his running balance on the loan here.

Absolutely awesome, but I have now another problem:
It says that I need a 1 employee training:10 gold.
