Gov Spending on Social Policy

A few opposition personnel including someone in my cabinet are questioning my policy of government spending when it comes to my campaign of bringing players to join eAUS.
So i will make an attempt to explain it.
Like i told my cabinet member.
If you have a kid and its time for them to go to college. The college costs $50,000. You want the best for your child, and you would risk that money even tho there is no guarantee the child will graduate. BUT, the benefits if they do are awsome.
Call me crazy, but being CP, eAUS would be my child. I want the best for it and to succeed in the future. I will not spend every single penny in government tax money on my program.
My current plan is to allocate around 150,000CC towards my program. IF IT starts working BETTER then expected, you will all see the benefits.
We can not keep playing this game, going around in circles. I am the ONLY candidate willing to step out of my comfort zone to actually do something that will help eAUS.
I cant stress this enough. Alliances and MPP's will not solve the crisis eAustralia is facing now. Back of our minds we all know this but no one wants to do anything to actually fix the root of the problem.
Rusty D has had time after time as CP to make eAustralia better, but time after time, all he cares about is alliances, selling his country out for the better of everyone else but eAUS citizens.
I hope to see you all vote on November 5th, and i hope we can set a new record on votes (50+ votes)
Lets finally take a new step foward together instead of looping around and watching eAustralia die a little more every day.

I don't suppose just good old fashioned recruiting like Don and I were doing counts. We didn't offer any prize we just started asking friends if they'd like to move here. I think a dozen or so showed up. Other's PMed asking if they could help.
I quit recruiting when rubber ass holes started flying about the room. To their credit, most of those already invited choose to stay.

#1, I'm assuming your analogy is flawed because in the college side you said you'd risk $50k for education and on program side you'd spend 150k cc but allude to "I will not spend every single penny in government tax money on my program.". College the good father pays for, program the good taxpayer pays for. I'm just looking for truth in advertising.
#2, If I weren't having a RL money issue I would gladly supply the 150k with no strings. Usually that's not an unreasonable amount of cc for me.

I wont comment on the bulk of your article, because I will be accused of trolling, even if your losing the plot in your other article. How ever I would like to point out somethings, since you have directly accused me (with out evidence yet again) of stuff.
- Ukraine was removed with the help of COs (privately donated) and with the help of Chile and other friends, MPP partners and alliance partners. I am not too fussed if you disagree, but I find it like a slap in the face to them since they had us as a priority.
- During Hungarian battles, we had support by many of our nations friends and allies. Some were direct and open, some others were done on the quiet since their own nation had MPP with Hungary. This is the work of MPPs of the past and alliances.
- I have sold the country out?? please let me know when I had done this.
- Make Australia better... during my tenures, Australia has never been wiped, we became a world player, even AS Cuba to stop Cyprus from wiping them. We made friends of old enemies and ensured that we were safe for well over a year. After DPR and Gueneo's strong term and the resource wars, eAustralia started to earn a lot in taxes, deals were done which enabled Australia to rent Java (something the Indonesia very rarely does, rent out one of their core regions), which made us earn the most per day, day in and day out that eAustralia has ever done.

I could go on, but I am sure my point is made.... many times we have had more then 50+ votes, most of the times we do is with more then one candidate running.
