1. Merhaba CFovetS nam-ı diğer Goril , Röportaj teklifimi kabul ettiğin için teşekkür ederim, sorulara geçmeden önce eTopluluğa kendini tanıtır mısın?

Ben Steve, Amerika Pensilvanya’lıyım, yakında hatta bu hafta 37 yaşına giricem. Bir Hayat Sigortası şirketinde Dahili Operasyonlar Başkan Yardımcısıyım. Ondan önce bir Ağ Yöneticisi ve Programcıydım. Erep dışında bir çok oyun oynuyorum. Büyük miktarlarda bira üretip, içiyorum.

2. Oyuna başlamanıza sebep olan şey nedir ?

Daha önce Spymaster oynuyordum (facebook ve twitter bağlantılı eski bir oyun). Ordaki bir grup insan Erep oynamaya başlayınca ben de başladım. Bir arkadaşım beni eCanada'da oynamaya davet ettiğinde kabul ettim, orijinal hesabımı bıraktım ve CFovetS doğdu.

Işin komik yanı, arkadaşım banlandı, kimse benim başarımlarımdan veya satın alımlarımdan ödül alamıyor. Onun için çok kötü bir durum.

3. Neden eTürkiye vatandaşı oldunuz, Gerçek ülkenizde neden oynamıyorsunuz ?
eTR’ye Askeri Birliğimi Amerika’dan Hindistan'a taşıdıktan sonra geldim. Lord Vaako uzun zaman önce beni ve (o zamanlar daha büyük olan) Askeri birliğimi ittifak faaliyetlerim nedeniyle çağırdı, Bir süreliğine EDEN’in Ordu Komutanıydım, bu yüzden ittifaktaki bir çok kişiyi tanımıştım, O zamanlar şimdiki gibi değil oyunda birçok aktif oyuncu vardı.

Gerçek ülkemde oynamıyorum çünkü, eABD gerçek ABD’den daha kötü buna inanabiliyor musunuz? Şu an için bunu geri alıyorum, şimdi muhtemelen eşit durumdadır. Ama her ne olursa eABD’de oynamak için hiç ilgim, isteğim yok. eTr bu oyun sonlanıp bitene kadar benim evim.

4. Başkan olmanda etkili en büyük faktör nedir ?

Başkan olmaya gelince, bu iş oldukça kolaydır. İnsanlar size güvenene kadar oynayın, ve herkes oyundan sıkılınca yardım teklifi yapın. Yıllar önce, Herkes yorgundu, bende başkanlığı taşımayı teklif ettim. Başkanlıktaki ilk ayımda Göktürk’ü finanse etmeye karar verdim, Walpole kıçını yırttı, o zaman topluluğumuz için iyi bir destek, ilerleme oldu.

5. Türkiye hakkında ne biliyorsun? Daha önce Türkiyede bulundun mu?

Daha önce hiç Türkiyede bulunmadım.
Türkiye hakkında fazla bir şey bilmiyorum, Sadece biraz gerçek hayattaki güncel olayları ve herkesin sohbette konuştuğu tüm tuhaf şeyleri biliyorum.
Ayrıca MooN-StaR seksi bir adam, inanılmaz çekiciliğini göstermek için bir fotoğraf almaya çalıştım ama bu zamana kadar bunu yapamadım.

6. Profilindeki gorilin anlamı nedir?

Pek bir hikayesi yok, King Kong. Gorili eABD’de oynarken eCanadaya geçtiğimde değiştirdim, iyi iş yaptı, Yabancı olarak anılmaktansa Goril denmesini tercih ederim.



7. Oyunun en sevdiğin ve en sevmediğin özellikleri nelerdir?

Oyun kendini büyük bir karmaşa haline getirdi, Epik “Gerçek” savaşları severim.
eRep ile ilgili eğlenceli şeyler genelde oyunun dışında döner.

Keşke bu konuda söyleyecek daha çok şeyim olsaydı ama ne yazık ki oyun sadece para yatır kazan oyunu. İnsanlar sadece alıştıkları ve önceki yatırımları nedeniyle etrafta takılıyor. Oyunda artık alakası olmayan bir çok şeyi kaldırmaları gerekiyor, Roketler, Bazukalar, düşük seviye silahlar. Tam bir revizyon gerekli.

8.Oyunu geliştirmek için ne yapılabilir? Eğer oyuna bir özellik ekleyecek olasaydın bu özellik ne olurdu ?

Bence oyun için olabilecek en iyi şey sunucunun sıfırlaması ve eski ekonomi modülünü geri getirilmesi ama Eski ekonomi modülünün işlemesine yetecek kadar insan olduğundan emin değilim. Bazı paketlerden kurtulup standart paketler yapmalılar.Blitz paketi gibi… Sadece herkese Bedava maksimum can verin.
Oyunun şu an ki durumunda “beybilerin” uçmak dışında başka bir şey yapması imkansız.

9. Başkan olmanın zorlukları nelerdir ? Kabine kurmak zor mu ?

İlk iki başkanlığım zordu, Hesabımın erişimini kimseye vermedim, 2 ay boyunca tüm yasaları ben önerdim, tüm savaşları başlattım, her şeyi kendim yaptım, sonunda MaM beni azarlayana kadar.
Son 2 Dönem Ekrem ve Meli’nin sıkı çalışması ile mümkün, Onlar eTR’nin çekirdeğidir. yapmam gereken her şeyi yapmak için gerçek hayatımda çok meşguldüm,
Hiç kimse Antrenman savaşları ve diğer her şeyin mümkün olduğunda sorunsuz çalışması için perde arkasında harcanan eforun büyüklüğüne inanamaz.

Kabinem, Oyun tecrübesine sahip herkese açıktır. İlk başkan olduğumda, Walpole’ün o zamana kadar hiçbir kabinede bulunmamasına çok şaşırmıştım.

10. eTR’deki siyaset hakkında ve muhalefet partileri hakkında ne düşünüyorsun?
eTR’de ki muhalefet partileri gerçekten çalışmıyor. Lazokratlar bunun iyi bir örneği.
Muhalefet yaparken her şeye ağlayan insanları dikkate almıyorum. Başarılı olma şansları yok. GURilla Herkesi yenebilir, bu yüzden benim için çok önemli değil 😛
Fakat, gerçekten Kendi partimi kurmam ve halihazırda Askeri Birliğime sahip olmama rağmen eTürkiye’ye geldiğimde Napan’ın ( ve bütün olarak VANDALS’ın) bana nasıl davrandığını asla unutmayacağım, Ben sonsuza kadar VANDAL’ım. eTR VANDALS aktifken daha iyi bir yerdir.

11. Bildiğiniz gibi CODE ülkeleri son zamanlarda ana topraklarını kaybetmek gibi sorunlar yaşıyor, eTR’de ana toprakların hiç birine sahip değiliz, Sizce bu sorunun ana nedeni nedir? Nasıl düzeltilebilir? Ne kadar sürer?

İnsanlar paket almayı bıraktı, onları gerçekten suçlamıyorum çünkü oyun berbat ve adminler güvenilmez.
Oyun ya değişmeli ya da insanların sadece kabullenip paket alması gerekiyor, Gerçek ülkemde oynamadığımdan ana toprakları çok umursamıyorum, eABD’de oynarken de böyleydi, Burası gerçek hayat değil, Gerçek bölgeler olmasaydı oyun muhtemelen daha iyi olurdu. İnsanlar tamamen şimdikinden farklı oynardı. Ana topraklarımız geri istiyorsak daha çok aktif oyuncuya ve koordinasyona ihtiyacımız var. Hasar tek etken değil, zaman, efor ve maalesef çok para gerektiriyor fakat dürüst olmak gerekirse, oyun mekaniği açısından, üretim ve bonuslar değiştikten sonra ana toprakların pek bir anlamı kalmadı.
eTR Halkına teşekkür etmek çok hoş bir hamleydi fakat eTR başkanı olarak teşekkür mesajını neden Türkçe yazmadınız?

12. Hakansiken Hakkında ne düşünüyorsun, ona kızgın mısın?
O sadece full doz GURilla agrasifliğine maruz kalan masum bir seyirciydi, Bio’mu kontrol et

O ve Semi Kendi kabuklarında ne yaparlarsa yapsınlar, benim için hava hoş, beni ilgilendirmez.
Ben bu oyunda kimseye kızmam, hepsi sadece eğlence için, hayat yeterince ciddi, bu oyun olmamalı.





13. Hakkında yapılan Capslere bakış açın nedir ?

Diğerleri gibi ben de aralıksız 4 Gün boyunca güldüm, harika.

14. Yeni oyunculara tavsiyen var mı ?

Oynamayın, kendinizden nefret edebilirsiniz.
Gerçekten hiç bir tavsiyem yok, oyuna şu zamanda başlamayı düşünmem bile.
Üzücü ama gerçek.

15. Bildiğiniz gibi Belarus bir kaç gün önce eTürkiye-eBelarus-eBAE üçgeni hakkında bir makale yayınladı, eBelarusun eBAE kararı hakkında ne düşünüyorsunuz ?

Bunu açıklamanın en basit yolu…
Eğer eBAE ile dostluk ilişkileriniz varsa eTürkiye'nin dostu değilsiniz. Kesinlikle istisna yok.

16. Bunu 3 seçim önceki dönemlerle kıyaslamak doğru olmaz, ama Başkan Aniston dönemiyle kıyaslayınca ülkenin durumunun sizin döneminizde daha kötüye gittiğini söyleyen vatandaşlar var, bu konuda ne düşünüyorsunuz ? Kendi döneminizi nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz?

Hala Aniston’un kim olduğunu bilmiyorum.

İnsanlar oyunu bırakmaya devam ediyor, Başkanlık dönemimde eTürkiye'nin daha da kötüleştiğini kabul ediyorum. Gelecek aylarda da tüm ülkelerde olduğu gibi kötüleşmeye devam edecek, Ülke Başkanı insanları oynamaya zorlayamaz, oyun dibe doğru kayıyor. İnsanlar ya aktif kalacaklar yada kalmayacaklar, Ülke başkanı bunu değiştiremez. Bu tamamen adminlere bağlı bir durum.

1. Hi, CFovetS AKA Gorilla. Thank you for accepting my offer to do an interview with me. Would you please introduce yourself to our eCommunity?

My name is Steve in RL. I will be 37 soon, this week actually.
I'm from the United States, more specifically Pennsylvania.
I am the VP of Internal Operations at a Life Insurance company. Prior to that I was a Network Admin and a Programmer.
I play many other games outside of eRep.
I brew and consume large quantities of beer.

This photo was taken about a year ago, which is the last time I was able to take an actual vacation from work.




2. What made you start Erepublik?

I was playing Spymaster (an old FB and twitter linked game) and a bunch of people from there started playing eRep. I had started, but quit on my original account, when a friend of mine invited me to start playing in eCanada. I accepted, and CFovetS was born.

Fun fact: he got banned so no one gets a gold bonus from my achievements or purchases. Sucks for him.

3. Why did you become a citizen of Turkey, why you dont play on your real country ?What is the biggest factor in your becoming a president?

I came to eTurkey after my MU moved from USA to India. Lord Vaako invited me and my (much larger at the time) MU to join Turkey because of my alliance activity many years ago. I was EDEN MC for a while, so I got to know many people in the alliance. The game had so many active players back then. Nothing at all like it is now.

As for becoming President, it is fairly easy. Play until people trust you and when everyone else is bored with the game offer to help. Years ago, everyone was tired, so I offered to run for CP. During my first month as CP, I decided to fund Gokturk. Walpole worked his ass off getting that set up. It was a good boost to our community at the time.

I don't play in eUSA because it's worse than USA in RL if you can even believe that. Well, I take that back. They are probably about equal now. But anyways, I have zero interest to play in the USA. Turkey is my home in this game until it ends.

4. What do you know about Turkey, Have you ever been in turkey ?

I have never been to Turkey.
I don't know all that much about Turkey. I basically just know about real life current events going on there and all the weird stuff everyone talks about in chat.
Also, MooN-StaR is a sexy man. I’m trying to get a photo to show off his unbelievable sexiness, but I have been unable to do so up to this point.

5. What is the story of gorilla in your profile ?

Not much of a story really... It's King Kong. I changed to the gorilla some time after leaving Canada when I was playing in the USA. It worked out well. I prefer to be referred to as "the Goril" rather than "the foreigner" all the time.

6. What is your most liked and most disliked feature of the game ?

The game itself has become a huge mess. I like epics in “real” wars. That's about it. Fun regarding eRep usually happens outside of the game now. I wish I had more to say about it, but the game is just pay to win. People only stick around due to habit and prior investment. They need to remove a lot of things that are no longer relevant: Rockets, bazookas, low level weapons. An entire overhaul is necessary.

7. What can be done to improve the game? What would be the feature if you would add a feature to the game?

I think the best thing that could happen for the game is a server reset and to bring back the old economy module. I'm not sure there are enough people playing now for the old economy module to even work though. They should get rid of some of the packs and just make them standard features. Like the Blitz pack... Just give everyone extra max health for free. It's impossible in the current state of the game for "babies" to do anything except fly.

8. What are the difficulties of being president? Is it difficult to form a cabinet ?

The first 2 times I was CP was hard. I gave no one access to my account. For 2 months I proposed all laws, started all battles, everything myself. Well, when MaM bitched at me to do so at least.

These past 2 months are only possible because of the hard work of Ekrem and Meli. They are the core of Turkey. I've been too busy in RL to do everything I should be doing. No one would even believe the amount of coordination that happens behind the scenes to keep training wars and everything running as smoothly as possible.

My cabinet is basically open to anyone with game experience. I was mindblown that Walpole had never been in a cabinet until the first time I became CP.

9. What do you think about the politics and opposition parties in eTR?

Opposition parties don't really work in eTurkey. Lazocrats are a perfect example. I don't even consider the people who cry about everything while also doing nothing opposition. They have zero chance of succeeding. The GURilla can beat anyone though, so it doesn't matter much to me. 😛

But seriously, eventhough I created my own party and have always had a MU, I will never forget how Napan (and VANDALS as a whole) treated me when I was starting out in Turkey. I am a VANDAL forever. eTurkey is a much better place when VANDALS are active.

10. As you know, the code countries have been experiencing problems such as losing mainland recently, we dont have any part of mainland in eTR. What do you think is the main reason for this problem? how can it be corrected? how long it will take?

People stopped buying packs because the game is horrible and the admins are untrustworthy. I don't really blame them.

The game either needs to change, or people need to just suck it up and buy packs. Since I don't play for my RL country I really don't care all that much about our core. But I didn't really care when I played in the USA either. I dunno. This isn't real life. The game would probably be better if it wasn't real territories. People would play completely different. If we want our core though, we need more active players and coordination. Damage doesn't just appear out of nowhere. It takes time, effort and unfortunately a lot of money. But to be honest, from a game mechanic perspective, the core doesn't mean much anymore since they changed how produciton and bonuses work.

11. it was very polite move to thanking the eTR but why didn't you write the message in Turkish as a eTR Country president

What fun would that be? I don't get elected to do logical things.

12. What are you thinking about MahmutPasha, are you mad to him? (NO FOOD FOR YOU yarrağımı ye thing)

He was just an innocent bystander who got a full dose of GURilla agression. Check my bio. 1x Hakansiken
It's written on the internet, it has to be true.
Whatever him and Semi choose to do on the nut farm is totally fine with me and none of my business.
I never get mad at anyone in this game. It's all just for fun. Life is serious enough. This game shouldn't be.






13. What is your perspective on meme made about you ?

I laughed for about 4 days straight, as did many others. So yeah, it's great.

14. Do you have any advice for new players?

Don't play. You will hate yourself.
I seriously have zero advice. I would not even consider starting the game now.
Sad, but true.

15. As you know, Belarus published a article about eTurkey-eBelarus-eUAE triangle a few days ago , what do you think about belarus's decision about UAE ?

The simplest way to explain this...
If you are friendly towards UAE you are not a Turkish ally. Absolutely no exceptions.

16. It would not be correct to evaluate it 3 elections ago, but if it is evaluated according to the previous country president, Aniston, there are some citizens who say that the country has gotten worse in your period, what do you think about this. how do you evaluate your own period.

I still don't know who Aniston is.

People keep quitting the game. So i agree that Turkey has gotten worse during my Presidency. It will continue to get worse, as will all countries, in future months as well. The CP can't force people to play. The entire game is on a downward slope. People will either stay active or they won't. Nothing the CP does will change that. It's totally reliant on the admins of the game at this point.
