Join the new world

Dear eIndia,

Just a few days ago I decided to contest the Country President Elections, and help the current generation to establish a working platform and handover the leadership of this eNation in their hands. But, unfortunately I will not be able to contest these elections or serve the position of CP. Infact, I would be going inactive for atleast 4-6 months.

I will be involved in a very tough and time consuming assignment in RL starting from Monday itself. I apologize to all the people who believed in me and came out to support me.

There are a few things I would like to share.

The present generation is fantastic and has all the capacity to run this nation very efficiently and bring prosperity. There is ample talent and many hardworking players. What we lack is united leadership. There are many efforts made on individual level, but what we need is proactive effort coming from a structured and well managed group. That is why we have political parties, military groups and companies. There is no one man who can run a nation single handedly, it has to be done with cooperation and collective effort of a group of honest and intelligent individuals.

Why can't eIndian Government open the bank doors to eIndian entrepreneurs and Companies. IGB reports proves we are stable and sufficiently stocked up. I believe we must use small percentage of funds to establish Chamber of Commerce. This CoC will work for eIndian citizens and entrepreneurs - giving them valuable advice on the game mechanics, financial and business advice, small term loans, extend diplomatic relations to foreign governments to aid Indian companies to sell surplus in their markets. CoC also should run a bank where citizens can deposit their gold and savings in safe accounts of the government. Govt. will have much more liquidity in its hands and a assured safe vault for citizens.

Military showed enormous potential and proved that we can be organized and can do some dirty damage. But, we need a full time staff to manage our forces. one or two people just cannot handle all operations. We need a staff of atleast 10 people managing the pipeline top to bottom. Once the system is set - managers just have to login everytime and do their jobs.

Our armed forces need missions. If we are not engaged ourselves, lets go on foreign missions. Trust me, we'd make a lotta money, earn strong friendships and a name on the global scene. We need REAL Missions. We need heart thumping engagements with foreign militaries and I am certain we'd learn to fight and win wars. I think, there is still something more in this game than spending gold and doing millions of damage single handedly.

Internal Affairs too has preformed and done a job of a mother to many newbies. I don't know where we go lost and then the inactivity seeped in. We must get back at it. Stronger the internal affairs, stronger citizens we'd have. We have a good population number right now. WE MUST GIVE THEM RESPONSIBILITIES. THE POPULATION MUST BE INVOLVED IN ADMINISTRATION. Be it something as small as food dispatch or analysis of health of eIndian citizens, leaders must find jobs for citizens. I've seen Presidents slog hours and hours - Well its not really necessary. President must work for just first 10 days - and if he's free for the rest of 20 days - You know he's the right man to lead this country. The day this country learns to run autonomously - we've won the battle of survival.

There are many things I'd like to talk and discuss, but first I'd like to see some young talents rising up to occasion. We don't need one leader, we need many of them. Which means, every citizen of eIndia needs to think and behave like a leader, as if he bares the weight of this nation.

I am sorry for not being able to serve my mother India in this time. I really do need to give preference to my RL commitements. I hope you understand. Thank You Navin, Graf, Anuj, Shaz for your confidence and your support. I'd try to be around, but I don't think I'd be able to come online after today evening. I'd miss all my friends on eRep, my eIndia. I love you all. I'd try my best to creep into the IRC once in a while to say hello. CHEERS!!! GOOD LUCK.
