Some weeks back a proposal was put up to transfer a sum of jpy to the National Bank, supposedly to help with Money Market activities. These funds would also include the payments to the Japanese Imperial Army and Navy. I voted yes, as did many Congressmen, because of the discussions concerning the MM of late. Sadly, it appears that this money has become a weapon, a weapon against our own Armed Forces.
Akki, who has supposedly been given access to the the National Bank, has not disbursed the Congress approved budget funds for the Japanese Armed Forces. The Navy has been without funds for several weeks now. In light of this, as a Congressman, I must call on Akki to resign his position, since he seems unable to fulfill the responsibilities due to a lack of time or care.
I am sorely disappointed by these developments. Japan has become a quiet place since the successful economic reforms, and it appeared that past divisions had healed with time. These actions call into question the sincerity of some parties towards the rule of law. It is my hope that in the future, more active and honest people will be placed in positions of power.

Are you saying that you have been disbursing funds to the Armed Forces Akki? Otherwise, it's not an accusation.
Dokomo, are you saying I have access to organization, which I do not? If there is no evidence, or proof to prove me wrong (which you can't because I don't anyways) then it is simple blind accusation. One goes in the revolving door, another accusation fails out of the revolving door.
