I really really don't know what had to broke in Plato's head to do this kind of stuff to eRepublik.

It looks like he opened the game console and wrote down Enable God Mode.

Why do you think that that we like the sudden changes from strategy game to a game that just needs to click around and you will make profit.
Before the changes I had a q2 weapons factory and i had to invest so much time and money to make it working, and still I was losing money sometimes. But it was fun, it is the point of the game, isn't it? To master strategy of the real world in a virtual environment?

Now you get everything for free. I mean a bunch of grain fields, food factory, +50health building, "town center" and 10 energy bars? Are you serious?!!!

Why would i want that for free? It doesn't make ANY challenge for me.
It only makes new players to have same productivity as me. Isn't that kind of not fer to me?

So Plato turn of that God Mode in the game and let us play a normal game.
