As you guys may know, Chutley is the BAOTUS. What is a BAOTUS? It's the Bad Ass Of The United States. Now, you have probably heard of it since Chutley has been chouting his charticle and everybody else has been chut-bumping it. You might think that I'm totally chutting-out by using so many Chutisms, but no worries. All I ask is any position on it. Also, here's a picture:
