Getting Involved On eRepublik

Day 1,601, 13:24 Published in Switzerland Slovenia by JHUNTER

Hello, I’m JHUNTER, this month’s Minister of Education. This newspaper is for the purpose of helping out younger players figure out what this game is about and how to play it successfully and enjoy it, too. If you have questions, message me on eRep.

Why Switzerland?
eSwitzerland is a great country to play eRepublik in because of its small size. As a young player, which I still am, I wanted a country where I could get involved quickly. eSwitzerland is perfect for that. We are pretty small, so it is easier to get involved. Find some friends who are already experienced and have them help you get involved. Most of them would gladly help someone start up.

How do I get involved?
There are a few ways to get involved in the eRep community.
1) In game- Get on eRep a couple of times a day and use your health and get some XP. If you are pretty active and make some friends, getting into congress could only take a couple months. The important thing to do is simply get on every day. The game is much better when you get involved with people.

2) Forums- Many eRep countries have online forums for discussing and debating topics in the political and military realm among other things. Switzerland’s forum is found here: http://forum.ehelvetia.ch/viewforum.php?f=58 Just hop on here every now and then and look for new comments. Read people’s opinions and add in your own.

3) IRC Chat rooms- IRC is a chat room type experience. This is a bunch of fun. Its basically a bunch of eSwiss people chilling together and joking around. This is a great tool for you to make friends and have some fun. There is also some game related discussions about certain laws or political situations.

If you get on the three of these once or twice a day and just check for a few minutes to see what’s going on, you will be surprised how fast you begin to understand and enjoy eRep.

Now go make some friends, gain XP, strength, and importance, and get involved!
