Getting Connected

I wanted to write an article to help new players get connected so here it is:

Friend Requests- Friend Request as many people as you can. This allows for more people to see what you might post in the 'friends' section of the chat on the right-side of the screen.

Join a Political Party- Here on eRepublik we have plenty of parties to choose from each with its own goal and players. Upon joining introduce yourself and get to know your party colleagues. Pretty much all political parties have members who will donate food, money, and weapons to new players.

Comment and Vote Articles and Posts- This can help you make actual friends in this game. Like-minded people often times benefit from eachother, and in this world friends mean everything.

Start a Newspaper- Starting a newspaper takes gold so make sure you don't spend all of it from the get-go. In doing this you can communicate opinions and ideas across the country, provided you have an audience and friends.

Message People- Don't ever be afraid to message other players the community is very friendly and doesn't bite. For the most part.

And that leads me to my last point, Don't ever post anything too offensive, and always take an on the fence position in order to be open to new ideas. Don't be too biased.
