Future of Our City
Anti Change
I have been thinking a lot lately about improving the city. I think it would be very beneficial to the city of Indianapolis to have a hospital. My project director, Took Lowind has been working a lot lately to find some information on adding a hospital. Yes, hospitals can be expensive, but I think it will be very helpful in advancing Indianapolis. I am wanting some of your thoughts on this. I am open to all comments and will take them into consideration. I hope you will support me in the addition of a hospital to Indianapolis. It is going to be costly, so there will need to be donations from anyone who can donate. There will most likely need to be tax increases to supplement the donations. Feel free to give your opinions on this issue.
Sincerely,

Yeah, the city of Indianapolis would be very appreciative of anyone who would be willing to donate even a small sum of money for a hospital.
Won\'t happen. Dish controls most/all Hospital placement. Unless you get someone to export, don\'t count on it.
I hope we can find a way to achieve this goal.
Actually this isnt completely true. While I do have the say on Nationally funded ones, cities such as Honolulu, Providence, Harrisburg, Sacto, etc all placed theirs with their own funds. I am reviewing your application and should have an answer for you at some point as to how I can help.
Thanks, Dish
