Friendship agreement between eRussia and eBulgaria

Dear eRepublikans,
600 + days ago (!!!) I published Friendship agreement between eRussia and eBulgaria. Then, many players from eRussia and eBulgaria (who even do not play now) approved it.

Many players left the game..
New ones come. Alliances and unions
appeared and disappeared.
But today...

I can surely say that
nothing has violated this agreement.

We did not need "long contracts".
Because true friendship is not formed in the contract(treaty).
Because true friendship can not be bought
