I have decided buy this company to improve conditions of newcomers. These who will decide work in my company - will get exactly what they will produce. They will get skill, wellness and adequate pay for better start. Pays will be from my wallet. Later when will be not problem with wellness, I will transform it to profitable company or sell it.
