FREE TOOL FOR PRODUCTION MONITORING

Day 780, 01:50 Published in Poland Greece by Byzantinos Aetos

Dear friends and readers,

My today’s article concerns of a tool that I developed in order to help all entrepreneurs to better monitor their companies, their production line but also their cost as well as workers to better understand their involvement in the production process.

As a result, to best decide on their products’ prices so as sales to create a positive EBIT (Earnings before Interest & Taxes) and the company to grow.

In addition, this tool will help them understand the degree of each worker’s contribution in the production process as well as to link productivity to salaries.
In this way, the General Manager can create a more fair payment system and provide pay rises only when productivity is linked to company’s profit.

Moreover, workers will better understand their contribution in the company that they work, and approach their salaries expectation much more realistic and efficiently.

At the bottom end, I trust that this tool will generate much better market prices for each product, more realistic salaries, increase employers’ focus on profits and costs and employee’s satisfaction and commitment to keeping high wellness.

Last but not least, I trust that it will be an excellent tool for those that are thinking of creating a company so as to help them better decide what kind of company to create, which is the best quality for their company and better evaluate their desired Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

It is after all, a decision tool for every player in the Erepublik.

The tool is based in .xls format, and has different categories depending on the type of the company: there are different sheets, depending on whether the company produces weapons, grain, iron, food or else.

As you may see, in the following picture, the user can choose the dedicated sheet according to the type of his company, and then write down the name, the skill and the wellness of each of his employees.

Automatically, the formulas behind each cell will apply the wellness and the skill to productivity units and then to produced units.

As you many notice, there is also a small table where the market salaries are written.
Since I am Greek, I have written the market salaries in Greece as they are presented in the job market, but depending on the country that the company is activating, the user may apply this table to his country’s market salaries.

I strongly insist that before first use, the user, should pay a little time in order to make the following adjustments:

1. Quality Star of his company (1 – 5)
2. Workers’ names, skills and salaries as well as their wellness

Moreover, he must pay a small attention to the following table:

This table, indicates the basic data that the productivity formula is taking into account.

For instance, I have taken into account that the company operates in optimum number of workers, that is B=2 (for 10 workers).
Of course, if someone has 9 workers, he should either adjust the value of “B” or….hire another worker.

Moreover, if the company is for instance an iron company in a high-iron area, then the regional multiplier D should be D=2, instead of D=1, that I have written for my example.

You may download this file here and it is absolute free for use:

I only envisage that you would appreciate my effort and will find this tool useful and fruitful. I tried to make it as user-friendly as possible, so as every player could understand the erep formulas and enjoy using it, and I hope I really approached that target.

I personally use it in my company, and it helped me a lot, in order to better allocate production, prices and salaries in the best fair way possible.

It only requires a one-the-week update and it is very easy in anticipating production and Earnings.

If you also appreciate my effort and the tool, please thank me by VOTING this article and SUBSCRIBING in order to help me gain the Media Mogul Medal.
