Evening my fellow Canadians, this article is to announce the foundation of the new government program known as Service Canada. While I don't expect it to have much of an impact in the beginning hopefully this program can blossom into something great. Our goal is to deliver eCanadians with social service options to sustain fighting capabilities, boost growth, and relieve retention.
As of right now, this effort will be privately funded which means WE NEED YOU the citizens of Canada to provide contributions. All donations of CC and gold will be logged and monitored in our spreadsheet which will be available to the public for view! On top of this, all purchases made by the program to supply participants will be made to eCanadian suppliers, keeping 100% of the funds in the eCanadian community! This creates the highest quality of service we can muster, in a completely transparent program, that is for the citizens, by the citizens.

Food Assistance
Food assistance is the core service provided by Service Canada, what it aims to do is relieve the burden of locating local food sources for young citizens. From the levels of 1-29 you are automatically eligible for weekly supplements of food so you may achieve the maximum number of hits per day/per week. Every weekend on Sundays, we will purchase food from local suppliers to provide eligible participants a calculated amount, based on their level for use the following week.
The best part is no form application is required, all you need to do is message me or comment below. I will place you in the system as a participant with supplies becoming active today donations willing! More detailed information is available in the guidelines from the spreadsheet.

Other Services
Service Canada also will provide other services which will expand based on reception from the public in terms of donations. Based on this success we will do more and more to expand and assist all eCanadians regardless of age to better their eLives. If you have suggestions or opinions feel free to express them in my inbox or in comments below. We have two other initiatives that will begin starting today as well however:
1) We plan to gather information on MUs to link young citizens to eCanadian MUs along the guidelines of the food program. This will allow us to monitor their progress and hopefully strengthen our MUs, damage coordination, and the community.
2) We also will be launching a loan program to upgrade strength buildings that will only available when admin offers STR Building discounts. More information will become available in the next release which also depends on the next time admin offers these discounts. The guidelines for this program are already created to prevent misuse and theft, you can view those on Service Canada's operation spreadsheet.

In regards of monetary donations and me, I am aware some of you will have problems with this, if so send these donations to Klop123. I have been talking to moderators and there is no way to allow donations to organizations so we are forced to use private accounts to hold these funds. All donations will still be logged in the document we just won't be able to use the Victory Bonds Canada org to operate from.
Hope this helps curve some issues before they even begin, thanks again for reading and if you donate thanks as well.

Well, I was pardoned for what was either being wrongfully charged or wrongfully convicted. People seem to think that I may have done something once. In your case, nothing official.....
It's funny, I could have sworn they said everyone would leave the game and eCan would be ruined when we pardoned you. I think more people left after Oinyo was elected
Also, we require monetary donations because where I fight hundreds of times per day I cannot accurately monitor the food. If it is in monetary amounts I can buy exact amounts we need per week and keep the money put up when we aren't using it. This is just the best method of operation we decided upon, but like I said if you have concerns send donations to Klop123 he will make sure it gets where it needs to go.

The goal isn't for one rich person to pay for it or I wouldn't even ask, everyone should share the bill equally. If not then that is okay we will take care of it.
Well if you get someone that needs absorbent amounts of food which you can't supply, send them to me 😉.
With the training loans you'll have to do it a bit before as it'll take a while for transfers. And you can sort of time it with the time you know the training contracts expire.

I don't believe charity idea will work. I am not necessarily against the idea of an organization that helps noobs, I just think the charitable option is gonna fail 1 of 2 ways; theft (an eCan tradition) or lack of adequate donations. A properly funded organization, which is guaranteed funding through taxes, is the only way, I believe, this org will ever work.
I'll fund it personally if we fail to receive donations it will live on ;P
