Congressional Funding Request for : The Proudly eSouth African Initiative

The Proudly eSouth African Initiative

Our market is not very kind to producers. Products are expensive to produce so expensively priced so most of the time people shop on foreign markets.

These are prices of Q7 weapons on our markets and eSA's direct competitors.

Under this program the Government will run an initiative that buys Q7 weapons under 13 ZAR and resell them to willing buyers at 10 ZAR.

Boring But Important Details/Conditions

The program will be run in a "Denga Ongodi (Making a Cellphone Call)" fashion, where while the machinations behind it are complex (chips inside the phone and antennae which send signals in thin air that send them to towers and what not until you are connected ) the interface will be designed to be relatively simple (dial some numbers, sometimes speed dial just one number and you are talking to Claudio).

These below will thus be the guidelines;

- eSouth African Producers vetted by the MoS only

- Maximum of 105 sales per week per producer (Maximum 15 per day)

- Lowest priced weapons will be first bought always

- Producers are barred from buying weapons from the Proudly eSA Initiative for 30 days within making a sale.

Initiative Structure

The Initiative will employ staff who will work in connection with various ministries to run the project smoothly.

Director

The boss. Will make sure everyone is doing their job.

Security Clearance

Will compile a list of all truly eSouth African Q7 producers. He or she will work with the MoS to vet producers.

Acquisition

He or she will be responsible for buying weapons from Producers. No back-door agreements are allowed, he or she will only be allowed to buy from Q7 Tanks from the ingame eRepublik market place. No producer can directly sell their weapons to this person without placing them on the ingame market.

Working with the list of producers complied by Security Clearance, this person will scourer the market place and buy weapons from vetted producers. Weapons will be bought in order of lowest prices to highest until the day quota is reached.

For viability, a maximum of 15 weapons can bought from each producer per day.

Weapon Advert and Sales

These persons will be responsible for selling the tanks bought from the producers at 10 ZAR each. THIS WILL NOT BE DONE ON THE eREP IN GAME MARKET PLACE or anyone will buy our weapons and sell them off somewhere else.

These persons will set up a market place with the Admin on the official forums and publish an article every two days advertising the weapons.

To buy weapons a citizen will simply send the money and the WAS will send the tanks.

They will however conduct a very quick vetting process to make sure its an eSA citizen buying the tanks. This will be very short and not as throughout as the vetting process for producers.

Initial Proposed Funding Requested [1 (One) Month]

15 Q7 Tank Weapons Quota x 13 ZAR Maximum Price Allowed x 10 Producers Per Day Quota = 1,950 ZAR per Day

1,950 ZAR x 30 Days = 58,500 ZAR

TOTAL FUNDING REQUESTED FOR 1 [Month]:

= 58,500.00 ZAR

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FACT TO CONSIDER ABOUT THE PROJECT FUNDS:

Because the Q7 tank weapons bought are sold by the government, a majority of the Funding Request Funds will flow back into government coffers.

Cost of Tanks Bought by Government Per Month:

15 Tanks x 10 Producers x 30 Days = 4500 Tanks

13 ZAR Price x 4500 Tanks = 58,500 ZAR

Cost of Tanks sold by Government Per Month:

4500 Tanks x 10 ZAR Price = 45,000 ZAR

REAL PROJECT COST:

58,500 ZAR for tanks bought - 45000 ZAR for tanks sold = 13,500 ZAR
