Formation of the Federal Social Democratic Party
Justin Tyme
The first political party of independent Germany has been created-
http://www.erepublik.com/en/party/federal-social-democrat-party-2288/1
Our party believes in a strong Federal government and nationalizing important industries- namely the defense and weapons industry. Germany will need many construction efforts to build up strength in order to become a major power once again; the quickest and most efficient way would be to give the Federal government authority over the military-related industries. We look forward to either running or working with the new Federal government in order to build a better Germany.

Congrats on being Independent!
This is the party to join.
Good luck!
joined 🙂
so how is this going to work out? We have no president, when are elections? Also will the congress be 100% FSD members since we're the only party as of now?
Work for German farmers! Germans want to work and rebuild! But without companies, there is no place to go!
Cheapest Weapons are here!

@hey-
As it currently stands, yes, we'll be a one-party government. Better for Germany as we can efficiently press legislation through Congress. Once the government is established we can start creating new government Organization accounts to handle the federal defense appropriations.
With all given respect, but your party profile sounds more like Communists than Social Democrats with all that nationalization and protectionism stuff and being far-left authoritarian.
Is this really the way for us Germans to go?
We only want to socialize military-related industries for expediency; all other areas of the economy will be left alone. we want protectionism to allow German companies to build up and create more jobs instead of having the markets be flooded with foreign goods. So yes, I'd say so. A strong military and strong national infrastructure is what Germany needs right now, and the fragility and infancy of the markets requires a strong federal government.
Also by no means are we communists like the Russians, keep in mind ONLY the defense and *maybe* weapons industries would be nationalized.
Nothing currently exists in Germany. Nothing. The treasury is under 500 Deutschmarks (Euros? dunno), we have no companies, no production and a war is still going on. If Germany is to succeed and reinstate itself as a powerful nation on the world stage, then we need the single-minded pursuit of that goal and a political system that isn't rife with conflict.
We need to protect our infant industries and get Germany up and running again.

Justin Tymes envisioning of the German government will place it leaning more so toward socialism, as defined by the website above website.
Wikipedia has the best definition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialism
Also, I hope the admins inject 100,000 DMs into the economy like they did with all other revolted nations.
Justin Tyme knows what he is doing and can be trusted. Germany's future is in good hands.
Nationalising defense and weapon industry is called war economy, not socialism 🙂
Anyway, this can be good in short term, I support it.
More serious problem: we are here whitout DM, whitout job, and there is a big shortage of food. I hope, the goverment will solve this too.
The government can't help itself without money :/ So we need some gold here to start up the economy. Let's hope for Admins...
Nationalising parts of economy is socialistic and not necessary war specified.
While I agree in that a government subsided or maybe even owned industry makes sense during the reconstruction effort, it should be privatized as soon as we have achieved some competition in the respective field of venture.
It is the government's responsibility to guarantee a competitive market, not to run the market by its own.
To the Communism / Socialism thing, when we look at an existing Social Democratic or a Labor party. How many want to nationalize national industries?
I can think of none.
I would further not qualify any Social Democrat/Labor party as far-left; more center-left.
Those qualities fit much better with Communist Parties (like parts of the Left Party in Germany for example).
At last, at the moment we are pretty much dependent on imports. Has anybody have had a look at the market place?
Rising prizes to protect our budding industry makes only sense as soon as we have a budding industry.
Before it will only serve to starve our citizens.
Greetings to all German Democratic Socialists!!! I will be looking at the German socialdemocratic administration system, and see what might also be good to be implemented in Greece.
We need jobs!
Congratz for liberation. Deutschland uber alles.
And Thanks to Poland And sweden...
PS: why not a middle europe economic-military alleance between Germany and Poland?
Internet population of german e polish people is very high, so, this alliace can be a strong point in Europe. Imo.
Anyway, good luck 😉
We need HELP in Thuringia!! Calling ALL soldiers to liberate that region!!
only becoz the SPD in Germany got a whore(sry for unqualified sounding rudeness) for Volkswagen and someadditional big companies, noone says that this defines the idea of a social-democratic party. After refounding of SPD in the 50's a lot of their members talked about Germany becoming a socialistic country...
Yet they did abandon Socialism in their Godesberger Program in 1959.
Likewise the British Labor is not Socialist anymore, nor any Scandinavian Social Democratic Party.
And the Portuguese one has even become a Christian Democrat party.
At last, if I am not mistaken, the USPD did already accuse the SPD to not being Socialist anymore; in the 1920s.
