Final Draft… Military Pay

Ok ladies and gentleman, the final system for military pay is done. This is how it will all work. On Saturday at 11:30PM, I will clear my pay sheet. Then at 12:01AM on Monday morning I will draw a line across my pay sheet. If your name does not appear between the start and end lines, you will not be paid for that week. That is the bottom line. All payment will be handed out by 11:59PM CST on Monday.

On the sheet you will need to list your:

- Erepublik Name
- Erepublik profile URL
- Squad Leader’s name (If you are in the training academy just list your Colonel's name)
- General's name
And finally
- The amount you are owed.

If you genuinely do not know the information, please say “I don’t know” and you will be contacted at a later date with the proper information. We are here to make sure each and every soldier knows what is going on. You will still be paid if you don’t know all information. However, people who want to be funny and type obscene messages into required fields will forfeit pay for that week. Sorry, but I have heard enough “your mom” jokes.

To find out what you should fill out for your pay, here is the chart for it:

Skill level 0-2.9 earns 10 USD per week
Skill level 3-4.99 earns 15 USD per week
Skill level 5 and above earns 20 USD per week.

In addition, rank will add to pay in the following ways…

Private: +1/ 1.5
Corporal: +2 / 3
Sergeant: +4 / 6
Lieutenant: +6 / 9
Captain: +10 / 15
Colonel: +14 / 21
General: +22 / 33
Field Marshal: +30 / 45

*The first number is peacetime. The second number is wartime.

Example 1. A soldier has a skill of 3.2 with a rank of Private. Their peacetime pay would be 16 USD per week. In wartime they would earn 16.5 USD per week

Example 2. A soldier has a skill of 6.42 and the rank of Captain. They would earn 30 USD per week in peacetime. In wartime they would earn 35 USD per week.

Only soldiers who were deployed into combat get wartime pay. If you were not in a mobilized unit, you still receive peace pay. No PMs will be accepted, nor Emails... this form is the one and only way to be paid. If you can not follow these simple rules, you do not deserve the money. Sorry if that seems cold.

(Obviously, one problem here or there is acceptable. Just don't make a habit of asking what to do every single Saturday)
