I am not a military official, just a common sense Japanese citizen making the following suggestion:

FIGHT GREEN IN GYEONGSANGBUK-DO



Anyone with decent strength should get in #ejapan on irc.rizon.net before they fight, and ask to be provided weapons. If a highly-placed military official is available, they will probably give you some. For squad leaders: danyeo has authorized you to give Q1 weapons to citizens who ask for them in IRC, from your squad supply. Today only.

Please vote this up and other articles like it, so we keep the South Korean misinformation propaganda campaign from succeeding (not that it has much of a chance anyway).
