Party president interview

Here at the Federalist Party Media Offices, we have never seen any election so hotly contested as the Viceroy elections of this term. The polls closed with a tie of 12 votes a piece between MCKitKat, who makes his claim to fame based on the fact that he was Fingerguns nemesis. And Pfieffer, brash and loud as ever, claiming that he deserves to be Viceroy because of his immense wealth and royal heritage. The leadership are all tied in knots trying to decide how to break the tie. Last time the Media Department checked in, they were still locked in heated discussion with no decision having been made. We expect that an announcement will be made in the next day or two.

Please welcome a brand-new face to the Federalist Party Media Offices. Terran Loyalist has been hired as an intern. He felt up for a challenge, so we asked him to talk to Rainy about mentorship programs.
If you're new to eRepublik, chances are you have gazed enviously at the Q7 items in the store window. You've marveled at the veteran soldiers crushing it on the battlefield. You've seen rich tycoons playing the markets, you've read about campaigns for political office.

And you ask…Could This Be Me???

Well, the short answer is YES!

The longer answer is, get on board with a mentorship program.

The Federalist Party, #1 and proudest/horniest party in the eUSA, is always looking out for you. Chat with us on Discord or on our Forum.

We offer party members:
No Fed Left Behind - food and weapons
[url=https://docs.google.com/forms/d/18zl0DCK6r87FfPIXsJRb6ffgAxM0RPjUg4SyhR3dnLw/viewform?edit_requested=trueHousing Assistance[\url] - if you meet the criteria you can receive a free house!
AIM Benefits - daily income for citizens up to level 30.
There is also the "It Pays To Be Active" program which incentivises activity on forums and party media.

NON-FEDS can also benefit from the following government schemes:
Meals on Wheels - food for all citizens, based on your needs.
Bank Up 2 Strength Up - gold income for Lv21-35 to train
Arm America - weapons for citizens fighting in USA Priority Battles

Have you considered the benefits of communal living? Military Units often have their own commune. The USAF commune is run by Rainy Sunday and USAF members are encouraged to work there - the supplies you can receive each day are worth it.

In other news, the USAF is currently in the process of forming a new regiment, the US Army Air Corps. Kody5 is its commander, so get in touch if you want to become a fighter ace.

We interviewed Party President, Kody5, last Friday about his last term and his plans for this term. Since he wanted us to start doing interviews, we decided there was no better choice than himself for the first interview.

Fed Media: Were you able to complete everything you planned to this last term?
Kody5: My plan last term wasn't very strict in the sense that i wanted to do a very specific program. I wanted to bring along a good selection of people in my cab and make sure my departments as well as myself and my admin did their work. I believe we accomplished that pretty well, i couldn't have asked for a better team to push through the month with me. Our media staff was perfect, i gave it to you and ike as someone that i honestly didn't really know too well then and you did perfectly. I gave RR to psybertron/shuji and he did far more with it than i expected. Fingerguns was my vp and most of her focus was on the viceroy position and she was more than perfect for that. She brought countless people to our discord and gave many people an easy reason to participate in supporting the party with media and activity. So in final my job wasn't done well solely by me, i asked a lot of people to run the party along with me and almost every single person lived up to the task. they made my job easy with their support.

FM: Do you have any regrets?
K: Im sure theres something that id like to change that i did but right now i cant figure out anything major, ill think about it a bit more though. Maybe i would've liked to publicize our RR programs more, they werent used very much.
oh and my forum activity fell when discord became popular

FM: What do you think were the highlights of last term?
K: I think for things that happened i loved to see us raise our congress percent so high. Otherwise all thirty days was a highlight for me, i don't mean to be diplomatic when i say that either. Ive pondered to do this job for a long time and the first time was not a disappointment for me personally.

FM: Which department was the most influential?
K: Depends on the area. RR was really influential in our new players and new joiners, shuji helped bring quite a few people into the game. Media was also quite amazing as well, they released their articles every time on time and brought much needed attention to the things we needed people to see. Personally i believe the party needs these two departments to run well.

FM: Do you think the Wheel helped the Fed community?
K: for sure, the wheel energized our community and even people who aren't apart of the fed community to do, promote, and write about things that all benefited feds. It also showed everyone that we are a fun community and was a pretty great recruitment tool as well as something for fun. So yes i think it was perfect for us

FM: What is your plan for this term?
K: continue everything i did before with the upkeep of media, RR, and general fun. As well as start whatever new media and programs we can maintain in RR such as the mentorship program that i asked rainy to lead and i want/have asked media to change the way media is for the feds so they can have an easier and better time writing for us. I want to raise our vote count in every election as well as try and make our elections as exciting as possible. Everything else will show up as it does

FM: Do you feel that you have a good team?
K: most of my team is the same so yes i feel i have a great team. the main change was that i asked shuji to CoS for me and Logamac and centomax to lead RR. Logamac is an old fed and i know he has what it takes to do RR, centomax is a new and excited fed and i believe he has the desire to learn. He is already sending out recruitment letters as i speak. So yes i think my team will be great. Shuji is also someone that i believe has a chance to lead the admin of future staffs and teams. my media team is well proven in my eyes as well, wasp has a pretty great chance of leading the admin of the party as well if he wants.

FM: Tell us a little of your backstory.
K: my erep back story is pretty old. I started in February of 2010 when i was 14 in real life and i was pretty much just a troll in the erep forums. For about 2 years i didnt do much but forum. Then i joined the Feds and starting my political career. My first job was FBI in the feds and EZC and continued to help and run RR. Afterwords i ran and lost to Fingerguns in a PP race that i deserved to lose, she then asked me to help her staff as her CoS, my first admin job in the feds. Shortly after i ran DHS and helped with ATO against the Serbian pto, after 6 months of that i quit erep and came back to where i am now.

FM: Any advice for new players?
K: Fight in Air battles only, get involved in party politics, and join the Feds 😛

FM: Who do you think should be the next Viceroy?
K: I’m not sure anyone has nommed themselves yet to run, but I’ll have to bet on McKitKat if he’s running.
