FarageOnFriday: Reform plan for an active House of Commons

Day 2,678, 04:50 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by NigelFarage

The inactivity of the parliaments in this game is visible in every eCountry.
Only if the Commons are strong, they are useful against the tendency for dictatorship.
So this is my plan for making the Commons strong and transparent, involved with the people and powerful against any ambitious MU leader.

A House of Commons MU

A Military Unit exclusively for the elected MPs.
Doing this we will be able to have a strong House of Commons in the future, financially independent in the long term, with the possibility to start a legitimate revolution against dictators.

Finance
The MU of the Commons will be financed by free donations, mandatory donation of the Congress Member Medal gold and will all be transparent and published in a Commons' newspaper.

Transparency
All political debates will be made in the MU Chatroom and published in a Commons' newspaper, mentioning the date, MP and the party of the MPs involved and a link to their profile.

All that is written in the MU Chatroom will go into the official newspaper even if there is no specific debate.
You can no longer say who you blackmail, hate or stolen from because the plebs will know. Pssst... you can still use the mail and the IRC Channels for that.

Military Unit Leader
The MU leader will be called Speaker and will be an independent player with a mandate of 3 months. It is not mandatory for him to be an elected MP.
He will organize the debates, take care of the Commons' Funds, the Commons' newspaper and he will be payed with £10 from each MP a day.
I trust His Majesty, party presidents and the country president to name the most appropriate person.

Prime Minister Question Time

Elected a CP the respective person will have to join the House of Commons MU. This will force him in an certain degree of impartiality regarding the MUs of this country.
Apart from his own published views in his newspaper the CP will have to participate every week to a Question Time organized by the Speaker were MPs ask questions and he is to reply, without any time to polish his answers and avoid questions.
It will all be published in the official paper

For my Party President,

You can consider this my personal manifesto and reasons for running.
Also if I am active around politics I am very active in every aspect of the game and I will not have any tendency to leave the game again.

Ii want the eUK to have a strong democracy where the leaders are subordinated to the people and their representatives and not vice-versa.

Let's start working for a working democracy,
