A Storm Was Brewing... We Were Told
Greetings and Salutations:
A few days ago, Pacifica Alliance Leader, DMJohnston warned the world that A Storm Is Brewing from the Pacific(a). He then showed a bunch of countries (nine in all) that each had Law Proposals to Airstrike Croatia. It looked like Pacifica was going to wake up and attack the beast. It looked good. Well, at least on paper.
Unfortunately, even the best laid plans sometimes have not so great results. Today was such a day. After five of those battles began, four were easily lost by Pacifica allied forces. It was NOT a good day for Pacifica.

Now don't get me wrong, the entire mission wasn't the biggest failure since Bradley Reala as CP. I mean, yeah... Columbia's attack failed. Poland didn't get even 1 campaign point. Sweden, much like Columbia, also failed in their air strike, and yes... Finland failed, as usual. But there was one bright spot in the Pacifica multi-national allied attack on Croatia, right?
U-S-A! U-S-A!
Yes, USA won! We have defeated the mighty juggernaut known as Croatia. From here we will march on and reclaim all of our regions held under thumb by the evil empire, Croatia. Nothing can stop the USA now!

Yes, we are the dipshits. And until we wise up and figure a way out of this clusterf[CENSORED]k, we will remain that way. Do I have the answer? No. All I know is that we are in this position because we played the fence and swapped sides like a bisexual swinger for years. But now both sides are angry and have our regions and our multitude of resources. And guess what... our occupiers have no desire to leave anytime soon... why the hell would they?
We cannot change the past multiple years of failed foreign policy but we can start to make a change like Michael Jackson. We need to wake the hell up and pick a side... any damn side... and do our best to prove ourselves to that side. And the best way to start that is to dump Pacifica like a bad habit.

I thought the side we picked was Pacifica. Abandoning an alliance to prove your capacity for faithfulness seems ... illogical? Counter-intuitive? Wrong?
