This is just a general update on some information about the program I run and its costs and the future of the program. I've changed up my tracking system and it has allowed me to better record and estimate my future costs using data from past AirDrops. It is not static because of activity and drop differences, but I've figured my weekly costs on average to run about 1,890,000 cc to 2,200,000 cc a week. Again this is on average. If I were to go by those who have all used it in the past it would be closer to 5,000,000 cc weekly. Comparing these costs to that of other programs including GIMP using publicly accessible information I'm running similar weekly costs at half the active weekly program users while being an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) that is funded completely by me.
Moving Forward
Moving forward to help save me some hassle I'd like to convert the program to a weekly drop instead, but I'd like input on whether this would work. I'm also unsure if the program helps at all or if it needs to be tweaked in amounts or type of aid to be more efficient or effective. While I plan on continuing this program perpetually, I'd like to get some input from those who use it and those who don't to see what could be changed for the better.

I think it's crazy the amount of money and effort you're putting in man! So whatever makes it easier for you that's what you should do Ody! If it's weekly drops then weekly drops, same with quantity, etc.
Thanks, Charlie. I feel at the least changing it to weekly drops would make it easier for me to process it all anyways. I also feel it would help everyone have it when they want it instead of waiting on me to chug along and process their request since I do this stuff manually.

Thanks for continuing to do this. It helps me (and I'm sure a lot of other people as well) a lot.
Right now the only changes I'm looking at are converting it to weekly drops and getting solid access to supplies. It's worth it to me as long as it's helping people so I enjoy seeing messages like this.

Thank you, I've been trying my best to improve how I do things and I'm happy with the direction things have been going. After talking to eUS MoFA I've decided to open up eUSA AirDrops to eUS allies and those who have fought for us. I appreciate your comment and will look to see if I can't open it up to eNetherlands in the near future. As long as your country isn't hitting eUS I wouldn't see why not, though of course, eUS Citizens get priority.

Aye, that's why I really wanted to get the financials figured out. I originally set aside 24,000,000 cc for this program and wanted to know how fast I was draining that budget. I feel confident in continuing it for now without any major changes in amounts.
If there was a way to get just one or the other. I would choose Q7 Weps over food. Also, I really appreciate all your doing to help eUSA. Thanks Bro;.

An option of the Q7 ground vs an equal cc value Q5 air would be an intriguing option.
Interesting idea! I will probably do that, but with costs right now so inflated I'd have to try to even the cost difference so you'd be getting less Q5 Air if that was tolerable.
Right now the conversion rate is 50 Q7 to ~7.xx Q5, I think most 'low strength' accounts would prefer that option even though the number is lower.
