Hello eSA,

I write to you today, asking for your opinion. Sense CTRL has made so many headlines lately because of their falling out, I would like to see what eSA'ans think about joining a global alliance. I will post a link to a poll below and I will tally the vote after 24 hours have passed. Will joining a global alliance help eSA rise UP or will it bring us down? You decide eSA!

Someone wrote it in, as an "other" option. I went off of the egov4you alliances. I am actually writing the result article now, I'll mention ALT in the article.
