In his eRussian Activity Development Doctrine Alexander the Great suggests to widen the government by adding new ministries. How would you like to change the government structure?

- We now have a general systematic crisis of authority. We have no really working people. One of the causes is the dullness of the game and the administration policy.

- We shouldn't create redundant entities. The problem is not the structure, but in the lack of people. Actually, the structure was pretty normal even at the Blueman times (I am not aware what existed beforehand, because I wasn't engaged in country administration then). The experience of the old eRA shows that that structure is quite efficient and sustainable.
I believe we just have to find several people with organization skills who will be able to ensure normal activity of existing ministries

- Boosting bureaucratic administration has never solved a single problem. Such aspirations only show off the impotence of the ones in authority, as for real life, as for virtual one.
We need reports from the ones who already are in the ministries. A regular one, no shadow accounting for the ministers. This would be beneficial and would raise the political activity among the population.

- Government structure should as understandable and simple as it can get. I am against raising the number of ministries

- I don't think that development of bureaucratic apparatus is a good thing. The number of active people will not increase if the number of vacancies in ministries does. Look at the Congress- there are 40 of them, but only 10-12 are active. I think that working on a party level is more efficient? I mean, various projects, that are sponsored by the parties. If a party does not have the funding, they should lobby the Congress for budget. What concerns the government structure, I believe the prime minister position is necessary. The prime minister's work will be concentrated on the domestic affairs, while the president will determine the strategy and the foreign affairs' direction. Also, the prime minister should form a cabinet from his team.

😜resident of eRussia proclaimed his will to leave the game for good. At the time of this publication impeachment has already successfully ended. Our journalist asked a former president to sum up his work and leave admonition for his successor.
eRDR: What do you think you succeeded to accomplish as the president of eRussia, and what not?
kotekzot: Point by point:
1. Redirect destructive forces into outer world.
- Did not manage. Dioism could have made it, but not everybody liked it. Probably i should have written a couple of articles on it, before publishing the Book of Dio. And well. at least less scandals would have occurred around me.
2. Make our society less nationalistic and more imperialistic.
-There are tendencies. Hopefully the English version of eRDR will manage to unify English-speaking press. Besides this, the ministry of demographics look really promising.
3. Army reinforcement.
- Was short on time. Actually an MOD that can devote time to reforming the army, has appeared only a day ago, so we didn't manage to reform anything- but he knows my ideas, and will be able to fulfill them on his own, if they turn out to be reasonable.
4. Give eRussia a purpose.
- Purpose will come on its own, in about two weeks' time. I hope you will manage to defend eEurope by then.
5. Outlaw Toradora and send all the Lolis to uranium mines.
-This was the most important and successful point of my program.
eRDR: What were the ideas for our army reinforcement?
kotekzot: Cease to train generals - it's expensive and unprofitable, expand army for the money instead. Move irregular forces to regular ones with the same conditions and requirements.
eRDR: What encouraged your leave? Is this a personal decision?
Kotekzot: I am leaving due to the fact that admins blatantly play along with EDEN. After I got the proof for that, I had no more doubts about whether I should go on playing this game. Yesterday I will be permanently banned.
eRDR: What would be the cause of the ban?
kotekzot: An article. It will be reprinted in googledocs so admins will not be able to erase it.
eRDR: Tell us about the proofs. How do they play along with EDEN?
kotekzot: I know they dont' ban EDEN bots. Other suspicions have no proof, but the first is enough to make me leave.
eRDR: You wrote so much about Dio, what for? What were you trying to bring to us by telling about him?
kotekzot:Dio is love and unity. Exactly the things eRussia lacks. Moreover, he is fun to tease pigs with.
eRDR: Du you have faith in Dio?
kotekzot: You don't have to believe in Dio, he exists. Everything that happens in eWorld is the result of a pendulum that he has swung. FIST, PEACE GC, PHOENIX - are all Dio's offsprings.
