eRepublik v2 - Are we prepared?

According to the admins, v2 will be releasing soon (Late January, Early February). There seems to be a lot of new features in v2 including new type of companies and weapons like Tanks, Aircraft etc. Some screenshots has been publicized but we cannot rely on these, they might be fake or since it was under development, they might have already changed. We need to prepare ourselves for v2 - by preparing, I do not mean getting excited and such. Yes, it is exciting but v2's features will be completely new to us, we will not have good knowledge on how to do things the right way, we will not know the most efficient way to work with them.

That is why we and specially the government need to be prepared. We are currently competing with other nations economically, militarily and socially and will always be. We do not know how the economic or military module will change but, what we do know is those who are prepared, and those who can use their resources properly can benefit from v2 and can take the lead in this game.

In order to do that, the first thing we will need to do is analyze the new v2 modules as soon as it comes out to find the most efficient way to use our resources, even small findings like 'fighting before training' will really help. Once we do that, we will need to actually implement that, for which we need funds. Well, the government might be very tight on budget when the v2 releases or there might be a lack of money. Therefore saving money for v2 is a really good idea. If we do everything correctly, we can, after v2 release, be even more powerful, both economically and militarily.

So, what was the point of this article? I would say, to raise public awareness about v2 and to give ideas about some ways to prepare for it.
