ePrison?

The idea was first derived from a group of Iranian citizens as an alternative to admin banning of players. The concept is quite simple. Instead of getting banned, citizens are "hired" by a jail company. However, you get no pay, you are only rationed Q1 food, you are not allowed to train for the military and you are not allowed to leave until your term is served.
This idea of an ePrison may be a welcome alternative to banning as high level players have recently become victims.

So the question is:

Should the administrators orchestrate an ePrison as an alternative to banning?

only reason for that is kind of the reason for this newspaper.
if you read the first article it says that i created this newspaper as a summary of all the other articles being posted about a topic. this is more a discussion place in hope that this newspaper will get large and recognized enough so that everyone comes to this to share their opinion in a place where everyone else will see it
