(Gray-haired venerable anchor looks up dramatically)

Good evening, and welcome to Channel Six. I'm Art Showalter, your anchor for this evening. We have two main stories tonight: the battle in New Jersey and the Hungarian Front. For the first, we go to Rod Granite for the report.

"I'm here in Newark, New Jersey where American troops have made huge inroads in their attack. The city is a hellscape. Burned cars and garbage litter the streets. The occupants have been reduced to hollow shells, barely scraping out an existence despite the hellacious conditions they exist in. Hang on, I'm being told that Russia never actually entered the city. Umm, can we get confirmation on that? This place looks like s-"

Sorry, Art, we seem to have lost the feed. New Jersey's wall has been pounded into the underground. For a brief period, it was the only open battle. For that period, the wall was taken down to -100k, an excellent illustration of the power of USA two-clickers. We've received unconfirmed reports that the American Military does not plan to tank the battle unless absolutely necessary. Should the wall reach -1 million, that would have to be a blow to PEACE morale.

For our second report, we go to Michelle Anduin.

"I'm here in the Pacific Northwest, well behind the lines. Hungary has been strategically retreating regions in hope of forcing an expensive showdown further north. Beyond that, their strategy is unknown. Counterattack against a united FORTIS after an Alaskan victory? Fight a delaying action to free up forces to conquer EDEN? Give up Alaska, hoping Russia can block the US? One cannot be certain. What we can be certain of, however, is that the brave American commanders have a plan in hand, one that will almost certainly involve a march down the Arch-De-Triumph. For Channel Six, I'm Michelle Anduin."

That is the news for tonight. Keep training, follow orders, and the world will be at peace again soon. Goodnight.
