Endorsements

Day 797, 12:18 Published in Canada Canada by Dominik

I have decided to write a brief article endorsing a candidate for each region. This article is non-partisan and I measure each candidate on their individual worth.

ALBERTA

Summary: Several big players here (obviously). DAL giant Fram, CPF presidential candidate JBDivinus and CSD leader Adasko are squaring off. Due to the number of voters in Alberta it is more than likely that all of them are going to get in.

Endorsement: Not that it matters much in this region, but I endorse Adasko (CSD). It was a tough pick since all three of those mentioned above are competent people, but I believe Adasko is the one best capable of representing your interests in congress.

BRITISH COLUMBIA

Summary: Two candidates here as far as I am concerne😛 1ronman (DAL) and Acacia Mason (CPF). 1ronman appears to be the clear logical winner here: he has accomplished a tremendous amount for eCanada, is extremely trusted, has more experience and a presentation that better outlines his views.

Endorsement: Despite what I just said above, I endorse Acacia Mason (CPF) in British Columbia. My desire to see new faces in congress and to keep forum administration out of political power wins on this one. That said, I hope both do get in (which is more than likely).

DELAWARE

Summary: Generally a region for the weaker candidates and it shows. No big players here.

Endorsement: I endorse Monk Penman (DAL); I mean, he's a poet, what else do you want???

MANITOBA

Summary: CSD has the strongest position here with Petz and Zblewski. LJSilver has no presentation and Patar33 does not seem trustworthy for the seemingly random party-hopping.

Endorsement: I endorse Zblewski (CSD) as he is more experienced than Petz who is useful primarily economically unlike Zblewski who has a broader platform.

NEW BRUNSWICK

Summary: As interesting as Rylde would be in congress, he appears to be the long lost love-child of Dean22- and I'm not sure I'm comfortable with Dean22 in congress.

Endorsement: Jenno Richardson (DAL): might be a little inexperienced but he has a solid presentation and seems like a decent guy.

NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR

Summary: 20Person is the only one with a real presentation. AR1ARX is a great journalist, which are always amazing to have in congress, however.

Endorsement: Despite the lack of presentation, I endorse AR1ARX (CPF) since I have seen the writing he is capable of and think congress could use his skills.

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES

Summary: Ahh, my old beautiful region. I really only see one candidate here.

Endorsement: Without a doubt, Powerown64 (DAL)- an able politician, charismatic orator and a good friend of mine.

NOVA SCOTIA

Summary: Plenty of promising unknowns with good presentations.

Endorsement: I will go with Paradisonoir (CSD) as my favourite of the presentations.

NUNAVUT

Summary: Not impressed with any of the candidates here- most of the presentations are quite poor.

Endorsement: MacinnesAire (DAL) seems to be the best choice, if only to keep TaiwanPanda out (not gonna happen, but we can hope).

ONTARIO

Summary: Another major battleground. Both of the respective DAL and CPF candidates are major MAJOR players. So are the CPP, CSD and CNC candidates.

Endorsement: You know I have a soft spot for journalists. Greg McNeish (CNC), despite the lack of presentation, is the soundest candidate here (by far, with the possible exception of Dr. Pain, I dare say).

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

Summary: From huge to tiny. Only CPF and DAL have put up candidates here.

Endorsement: Understandably, I endorse Tyler Durden (CPF), the only candidate worth considering in that region.

QUEBEC

Summary: Now this is a tough one- several parties have fielded two formidable candidates.

Endorsement: I endorse Fox Blutch (UN)- Quebec needs a Francophone in congress to represent French-speaking Canadians' interest.

SASKATCHEWAN

Summary: Former DAL party president Karsten Skeries is up against WGC president Alias Vision and major CPF member, Wilhelm Gunter.

Endorsement: Will I stop supporting journalists for congress? Absolutely not. As president of the WGC, Alias Vision (CNC) is perhaps Canada's leading intellectual and should most certainly be in congress.

YUKON

Summary: Two major candidates are Booleus and Alex_1210.

Endorsement: In the end, I decided in favour of Alex_1210 (CEP) since he has the most comprehensive platform. Yes, I am aware who he is and who he is tied to (he makes this quite clear). This does not change the fact that he is a congress member lobbying for reform.

Well- hope you enjoyed; or not, since when do I care? Oh, and I am free to vote for any party if you wish for me to strategically vote, but only for the candidates I endorsed in the article; if any of them need a vote, give me a call and I will move to vote for any of them.
