It has come to my attention that there as been a plague stocking our companies.
For no good reason, or no reason at all, some of our company owners have decided to offer better salaries to some already employed workers only to change the offer to a lower level after it is accepted, with no warning .
People feel mislead by this and with good reason.
This brings problems not only at a moral level but also at an economical one.
Changing companies isnt good for the economy, productivity is lost. And companies are losing good employees for no good reason.
The game doenst say it's illegal but people's minds and morals should.

Talk to the company owners, see what they say.
While it\'s nice to know that there are companies people should avoid, you might also take the approach to get those employees to get other jobs with different companies. As we have seen, those owners who arent willing to live up to what they offer usually dont last very long.
I make straight offers, i pay what i offer in the first place. This may be a reason why other companies have a better time getting employees than i do because their offers are a lot better.

Changing company means loosing productivity only if you go from a bigger to a smaller one.
I hope you make public those companies name so employees avoid accept jobs from them.
