Embassy Plan (Education and Culture)

Hello yesterday was the Belgian ambassador in Spain, today I'd like to talk about my new plan of education and culture (although I have not talked about it).

We have the University of eBelgium (UeBe). It was started by Manong Rizal (me) long ago and we didn't have any interested tutors, so maybe we can find them now. 😃
We are few in Belgium, a university would cost much advanced ... if you want a Spanish university work I can give ...
