Proposal to e-Liverpool citizens, especially wealthy ones and company owners (who should be most interested)..
The wellness of workers has huge impact on their productivity, so I thought it could be good to have charity activity in our region. As we live in nearly utopia system, where we have no tax for companies nor houses set by mayor, I'm asking you to donate small (or big) amounts of GBP (from time to time) to e-Liverpool.

Out of collected funds I'll buy gifts and will give out them to those active (but low wellness) citizens (working and training) who will apply for gifts by PMing me every weekend (from Friday to Sunday).

By starting this program we also strengthen our region in case of war... also money can be saved for our region to upgrade hospital later.

It's already started by the way, just in small quantities cause I'm gifting "ill" citizens from my own funds which are not too high...

nice idea Benskius. I think that it isn\'t right that mayors shoulld buy gifts from their own funds as that means only the rich could prosper in elections by \'buying\'votes. I am intending to post a request on the regional council (as soon as we have a president) that would enable us to have a collective pool of money for mayors to gift wellness. But I think your point about wellness increasing production of workers is a good one that is often missed. Socially responsible busnesses (ie those with sense) will see the wisdom in your proposal.
