Election Strife and Shanghai

Hello my eChinese brothers and sisters. As the election approachs yet again we need to take measure of what has happened, what should have happened, and what will happen if we keep going down this path.
As you can see in this picture, eChinese are fed up. After years of humiliating treaties, politcal takeovers and Juche trolling, eChinese took to the streets in support of the People's Republican Party and China Democratic Party candidates. Riot police attempted to keep the situation stable, but when members of the SSStar's of Juche party staged a counter-protest and started burning eChinese flags, violence erupted. It is unknown at this time what will calm the situation, but eChinese are advised to keep off the streets and instead support their local PRP and CDP candidates as a means to send a message to Juche.
Look at almost any article, how can we become a civilized eCountry when trolling by Juche is this rampant? How can we become wealthy when they steal and sell our government owned companies from under our noses and then brag about providing level 0 jobs while congressmen keep getting messages saying there are no level 0 jobs? How can we have transparency when our banks are stolen or when Juche creates a bank with a similar name and attempts to steal our treasury? How can Juche maintain any respect and protect our borders when even their own party is taken over by foreigners? How can they protect our businesses when their fiscal policies are responsible for sky-high inflation and the shutting down of our 2 biggest corporations who together kept over 15% of eChinese workers safely employed?
So vote tomorrow for your PRP or CDP candidates; they are pro-China, while Juche is pro-themselves. On a Shanghai note, please vote for the PRP candidates (myself included) as the CDP candidate is an eHungarian medal-seeker (CDP can confirm this).
I will work to provide more accountability, less Juche, lower import taxes to prevent black market dealings, and to provide my constituents with the best congressmen they can get who will listen to their concerns and demand action.
Vote for PRP and CDP: Let our eChildren smile again!

Zhou lowering import tax will hurt China's economy and create more black market deals. You would do better to want higher taxes and less foreigners on OUR MARKET.
the economy is already destroyed. have you seen the job market lately? there is less CNY being earned by Chinese, and yet the government is not allowing the market to take its ordinary toll by letting the value of the cny increase beyond .02... ridiculous.

I reason that your method is flawed. If we raise taxes then yes there will be fewer/no foreign companies on our market. But that doesn't stop consumers and GMs from purchasing from the blackmarket through PMs or through putting an Organization overseas. Higher taxes increase the blackmarket, while decreasing tax revenues.
A GM has more to gain with low taxes (of course). If the tax is too high then he can not compete and then he has to go elsewhere, or use the blackmarket. What is working for us is that the blackmarket is unstable and you never know if the other person will fulfill the contract.
If someone in another country can make something for half the price we can, we are going to buy it. The choice is do we pay tax on it or not? The GM is not going to lose half the sale or more in taxes, he will just advertise his product and wait for PMs, but to avoid possible head aches, he may pay a lower tax (lets say 15-25😵.
A lower import tax will keep the majority of the deals within the game's system and therefore taxable, as well as keeping domestic prices down for the average player. 15-25% of whatever is much better than 50-99% of nothing. If anything, lower import taxes will help us all: consumer gets lower prices, competition is there but it is not crushing, and government gets a steady revenue stream.

Juche is the only thing that made China strong. PRP has done nothing good for China and can't even make decent congressional proposals with out their goon president holding their hands.
Also, OUR fiscal policies? Inflation wasn't rampant until PRP came to power, genius.
songun, you mean DEflation? the CNY is worth FAR more than it was a month ago.
All I know is that the PRP has been in power for a month, so if they have a problem with how this country is being run they need to look in a mirror. Blaming Juche for things when they aren't even in power is an interesting campaign tactic.

Songun- china has had plenty of time to recoup the 50+ G stolen by the goons- you are right about this. If anything, Flem and I should be blamed for simultaneously pulling out of the market, leaving 70+ chinese unemployed. With so many new faces to the job-hunting game, employers lowered wages, because they could.

No our 99% taxes stabilize the black market. Take into consideration that the cheapest oil in the world at the moment is 0.0053/Q1 while the cheapest in eChina is 0.0064/Q1. If a GM wants cheap oil in eChina he has to buy the 0.0064 oil. The foreign company cannot earn 0 gold a unit and doubling his price is going to make him non-competitive, therefore he doesn't provide directly on the marketplace...so he can just advertise and wait for the PMs from GMs who want cheaper oil.
On the other hand, in this example, a 20% tax would still make him more competitive than the domestic producers and eChina would get a cut through taxes. Also eChinese GMs would learn to try and be more efficient, meaning lower prices.
You don't need to be a "god king of economics" to understand this...but it helps.
And did anyone stop to consider the economic crisis began when Juche split from the Church of Snayke. Before that we were a more harmonious society. Since then, there are lies, (more)trolling, theft of a bank and 2 companies by Juche, and Juche congressmen vote no on almost anything unless its proposed by their party. Theft and irresponsible congressmen can lead to a problem. So return the money and grow up Juche, or you can keep pretending and ruin our country more than you already have.
Juche is to blame despite not having power and having it's party illegally taken over? Really? I don't think I could vote for anyone stupid enough to believe that.
