Hey eIsrael! It's your friendly neighborhood Coast Guardian, SammyKrak!

Recently I saw an article that said "Nowadays, we have no leader...Unfortunately, few people in Israel who have the trait."

Woah! That's impossible! Back in my bigger years here in eRep(Late 2009-Early 2011...it's been a while!) leadership seemed to be BORN in eIsrael. I am sure that this is still the case, but it seems that the leaders continue to not fully understand their job, or they don't wish to partake. That's why this article is for you!



Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Leaders have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others, that lead to their success.

Now, believe it or not, about 95% of people in eIsrael share one main common goal- To have eIsrael become a very successful country. (If that's not your goal...why are you here again?) SO there should be no reason to have issue with that. Now it's simply getting the leader.

If you're saying to yourself "Hey, I have those traits!" it's time for you to step up. Get active on forums, IRC, newspapers. Run for political positions, make a big-time corporation to help eIsrael's economy. Join the military and take a leadership role! There's a lot to do, and we DO need new leaders, as this new age of eIsrael begins. Offer your opinion when you can!

It isn't that hard to be a leader. You just have to want it bad enough.
