eIreland - First Address of President Ronisu

Day 1,721, 14:38 Published in Ireland Ireland by Ronisu

Well all, I greet you now as the 39th elected President of Ireland in the 57th term of the office. What history has come to our shores over those terms, but let's talk about the future.

Right now my Ministries have all spun into gear and are hard at work for Ireland. Within the first few hours of my term we already have several proposals before the seats of the Dail, including MPPs with Croatia and Brazil. Speaking of the Dail, they have just passed a resolution to begin an Audit of the Ministry of Finance, which this Administration will work to provide adequate information of the status of our finances to meet that Resolution. Also, the Dail has formed the Committee on Immigration, which since this administration is already dedicated to Immigration Reform, I hope they will work with Rikian1776 to create an excellent and informative new system.

Well, I am starting to ramble and it has been an exceedingly busy day, so I am going to try to fight wordiness for a bit, and offer up this on what you can Expect:

Daily Rundown - I'll try to do this every day. (Only the Ministries with new information)

Ministry of Finance: New information on what kinds of expendiatures we've have soon.

Ministry of Community: Bean is working on a welcome article now, and his Ministry is poised to hit the ground running. There are plans for an Irish Baby Boom.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The Ministry is hard at work negotiating MPPs and researching the changing geopolitical situation concerning the alliances. We already have 3 lapsed MPPs (Croatia, Brazil and Turkey) in voting and a few more on the way.

Ministry of Immigration: Rikian1776 has begun his data collection, you'll soon know who is joining our community and if they stick around with us.

Ministry of Defense: The Ministry is working on keeping the supply lines going. We've had a hiccup this morning and are awaiting the delivery of new tanks and working out the kinks in the supply line. This Ministry is also researching possible improvements to the Supply System.

Ministry of Scottish Affairs: MoSA is working on plans for a Scottish Baby Boom and are working to encourage Scottish Immigration.

I thank everyone for their kind support which placed me in such an awesome position of service. I also thank my fellow candidates that brought their own ideas to the table and added to the discussion. As I've said before, my administration seeks to continue that discussion. Thank you Ireland for calling us to service.
