Join the new world

Briefly, this is about testing the will of the eR states to join in an eUN or, at least, to test the willing to join a declaration of Human eRights.

In my opinion, eR have a big problem, regarding its own social fundaments, about whom we do not speak. I will give some examples and I will ask you to complete with others that are known by you.
1. There are a lot of countries (which can be considered collective identities and, of course, should also be subject to rights and liberties) whose existence is denied by force.
2. There are a lot of other countries whose existence is allowed but "protected".
3. There are people whose manifestation is limited by other players.
... 3.1. Politically, a female candidate for the office of president could be (and has been) boycotted and got to give up candidacy.
Obviously, we also have a serious problem of lack of representativeness of voters in most democracies, in ER decisions being taken by groups of people, groups that continue to make decisions even when there is a change of president of the state and regardless to the willing of citizens.
... 3.2. Economically, there is a still formed cartel of producers in different branches of industries, and different countries, which limit or prohibit the existence or development of new or small business. Unfortunately, States could not manage it, especially because they do not have real tools at hand to control this situation. However, if they would like, could subsidize other businesses or could intervene directly by the formation of state firms in those areas designed to discredit and destroy policy oligarchic cartels. From another standpoint, there are companies that practice price well below the critical economic point (breakeven), financed from this practice and with what methods would be preferable to be reviewed by admin.
... 3.3. Media phenomena occur boycotting the freedom of speech of individuals through their own newspapers, as messages are still irritating some others in articles not about messages (mainly economic ads). In this sense, the worst recorded phenomenon is the formation of user groups that track publications (previously identified) to manage, through their comments, to discredit and minimize the messages in question. Also, here is the problem of minorities and national (under conditions of 1 or 2) inhabitants of the national unitary state (mostly eR democratic country doing this excess of democracy).
... 3.4. Military and here are some inaccuracies, often referred to in the media by various speakers about the unfair way in which state (or those who lead) distribute public funds for various military actions. Obviously, there is a debate of efficiency using those funds but it represents a violation of rights and equality of chances, which will increase differences and discrepancies between users.

Proposed solutions:
Because we have no need to reinvent those things I take the liberty to post the Declaration of Human Rights (the original adopted by the UN) and to make, with italics, some eR applicable changes. With bold are those immediately applicable in eR.

Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it is independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
I do not know about the existence of some Union, of any kind. Regarding the individual, in eR the problem of slavery will be better to be put regarding clones

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Without national tribunal and justice, in general, only the public opinion can set those things. Still need to find a way to enforce those regulations – if adopted

Article 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

Article 11
Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.
No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Article 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, or to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 13
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 26
Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Of course, all this must be put in fact by the law and courts, which we have not in eR. But, we stil have opinions, and we form an community so…
More than that, this generally laws are subject to criticism (as in RL) for the contradiction between them and the Islamic law.
Also, the Libertarian could tell that taxation, for an example, could break those peoples' inalienable rights.

With this solid foundation the eR community will be able to move forward and considering some international treaty regarding the relations between states (like the Geneva convention).
